As long as everything is operating in a legal gray area it can never be taken serious by anybody but private individuals. But companies or "legal persons" if you will need some boundaries. It will give you a warm fuzzy feeling and you'll stop wasting all your time here FUDding ;D I think people should learn about bitcoin before they attempt to use it or speculate as to its value.
