There is a service who creates an altcoin according to your wish: https://www.walletbuilders.com/ (https://www.walletbuilders.com/), but you should rather you ask in the Services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) Section or on XBTFreelancer.com (http://XBTFreelancer.com) for a wallet creation because they can make a complete custom cryptocurrency for you and not forked.
