Title: Connection Issue - GUIMiner-scrypt alpha and kattare.com for Litecoin Mining Post by: digitalbaron on June 13, 2013, 10:27:52 PM I am using GUIMiner-scrypt alpha and am trying to connect to Burnside's Litecoin mining pool on kattare.com.
Connection info: Miner: cgminer Host: ltc.kattare.com Port: 9332 My username and password (double checked this) Device: [0-0] Tahiti I am also trying to use my 7970* (using the GPU defaults). Is Tahiti the graphics card? I also have the same problem.. are you running it on windows 8? i suspect this might be the problem. I've heard posts elsewhere saying that this problem can be solved be upgrading drive. I've tried that,, but didn't work.
