What's weird is that we never really get an answers to what these objects/masses are or why they are there. Space is so fascinating.

We humans tend to show interest in those areas that we do not know or far from us.

The only intelligent beings in space, lose their intelligence when they go there. I mean, we can hardly keep ourselves alive on earth! Forget space. However, this becomes a detectable object for the first time. So far, everything has indicated that it is an interstellar object,
