If you take a look at the English language entry for Bitcoin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin), on the left column you'll see many entries for various languages. However, I can't seem to find (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin) a Japanese (日本語) entry. I would write one myself, but I'll be very busy for the foreseeable future. However, I'm willing to put 0.20 BC towards a bounty. I don't know what kind of market penetration bitcoin has in Japan, but I think a well written wikipedia entry would help.
