You have an ether address in profile but it can't be used as a valid proof of ownership as no one knows the hacker might change that before getting locked out of account. Maybe hilariousandco will be able to come up with a good option but if he doesn't then you are done with your account, make a new one and start over.

My account is not hacked, I wanted to change my password. My E-mail written in my profile. Why can not I retrieve my password via my e-mail?

Actually, your case is new to everyone here and I seriously don't know what will be the end result for this but I know that your profile address can't be taken as a proof of ownership. Don't know what are the rules for this condition, will email address taken as proof of ownership or not as it was never used like that before. As I already said a moderator can help you in this situation.

I also encountered that error/banned message. My first account was been locked/banned. I don't know what i've done wrong. I email the person listed on the error message but still haven't received any response.

I also wrote to the administrators and to the mail acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com, but so far there is no answer.

You can archive that : archived here (https://web.archive.org/web/20171101125205/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1063940) but it's true you can't use your eth address as your ownership(IMO) but let mod help you, have you pm him with that eth address ?
i already check manual your history but no btc address posted/staked, also with this way (https://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info/?token=ig88v2ts).

there is no official statement about "you can't use your eth address as your ownership"
as long as you can prove ownership and verifiable by some means, theymos most likely unlock/unban it.
even with pgp signature you can do it, as long as it's verifiable and being used by you somewhere on this forum.

I got locked this mid-year because I just returned/logged in to the forum after a year+ no activity
and I only sent him message from my registered email and he unlocked it in no time
but that he said because my case is easy... whatever he means by that
though I immediately stake my btc address, just in case, for future references  8)

true...  posting btc/eth address on profile is hardly proof, because it could have been added recently
preferably something that you posted long ago unedited or quoted message as basis data

All it takes is time. My account was hacked a while back too, but after a couple weeks, the Admins reset the email. Just be patient. I know it can be frustrating but there's not much else that can be done.

why did he take control of your account and do nothing? or is it "locked"?
anyway your new account oficer99999 is Jr. Member rank now and will rank up next month
forget about the old one and concentrate on this new one, and soon you will be Full Member just like your old ones
if you keep bothering theymos too much, he probably will put you on ignore/blocked list
and then there will be no chance on getting back your old account  :P
