Once you withdraw a chip in ChipMixer, you get a private key worth the chip's amount. That private key can be redeemed to another address on the page it gives you the key, or you can import the key to a wallet such as Electrum to spend it. Electrum is a Bitcoin SPV wallet. (https://electrum.org/#home)

Any specific thing you don't understand? You don't need to import to Electrum as you should be able to sweep it from ChipMixer's website. Your description is kinda vague.

Withdraw the chips and when you see the page where the private keys are shown, copy and paste them in your bitcoin wallet.

If you use the blockchain wallet, click on "settings", then "addresses". And finally "import bitcoin address". A pop up box will show "Import Existing Bitcoin Address". Delete any default text inside the box and paste the Chipmixer private key. Click on import and then transfer. Do this with the rest of the Chipmixer private keys. Done.

You have the private keys, right?
You should install electrum wallet, download it here https://electrum.org/download.html
After install electrum wallet, follow steps: choose standard wallet, create a new seed, copy all the seed (12 words), paste, create a password, there you go.
Then you have an electrum wallet, follow steps:
- wallet > private keys > sweep
- enter private keys > sweep
- broadcast to the network
