Title: PIGGY coin
Post by: boyrocky on November 01, 2017, 10:29:04 AM
Hi, I'm trying to sell my PIGGY coins on both cryptopia and coinexchange.io
Both giving me deposit addresses like pcxeQpb3R3dDb859ShWaLG1NhY26fAgtdV

How can I transfer my PIGGY tokens in the MEW to this kind of deposit addresses?

I think we have at least two piggies. The one you received is a ERC20 token but the other is a coin.

This is definitely some kind of wrong coin with a similar name or a coin which has a double blockchain

I don't know how to transfer the token but I'm sure its the same as any token . However I am fascinated, I would like to find out how you even purchased this type of coin. I found out about it a few days ago from a Youtuber who was discussing coins NOT buy. Lol. Piggycoin was on the top2. What motivated you to buy it?For how long did you hold it? Did it yeild any profits?

On etherdelta there is a token tab. At the bottom of that list it is possible to add any token if you have the token details.  I have 10000 PIGGY tokens which I believe are worth in total 3 cents.

This reminds me to get back to an old project to help me learn Ethereum.  A good 'beginner app' to develop would use Ethereum smart contracts for a piggy bank.  The user chooses some time in the future the piggy bank will unlock and then can add as much funds as they want to it.  If the user wants to 'break' the piggy bank early they can but it ends up penalizing them by sending 5% of the coins to a pig charity.  The user interface would let you set up multiple piggy banks with different parameters like 'christmas fund' and so on.

what a token indeed, got mine through an airdrop also, the dev has no plan for the token he only wanted to drop it on ed. And nobody requested for the token on ed a single trade didn't go through and the coin is dead. It's so useless and loads in my wallet.

Perhaps you had a coin with a name Piggies. This coin was really recently distributed on airdrops. The price is so small that you do not need to even think about it. Let it lie in your purse. The income from it is three cents, maybe it will grow a little bit, well, at least 10 bucks will turn.
