If you read here there are a lot of other threads that cover what you just said, also lots of guides in Google and Youtube to help you find what you are looking for.

Anyway since I am here am giving my best advice for such.

In a time like ours where energy is very expensive the best way to start mining is with a motherboard like ASUS B250 MINING EXPERT which supports easily up to 13 GPU-s and later on will support up to 19 when ASUS releases the bios update to it. Cost of this is 200 Euro including everything but maybe cheaper in your location. Get a cheap used SSD, RAM and Processor, processor even new is super cheap the G3930. Get a really strong PSU as a start the corsair HX1200i (the motherboard supports up to three but one is a good start). Get about 6-8 Nvidia GTX 1060 3Gb as this is the best in terms of consumption/hashrate, 90 watt 22.5 Mhash or 290 Sol/s.

Total cost is 6x GPU 1200 Euro ---used ones, new 6x GPU-s 1500 Euro
Motherboard+ram+psu+ssd+ processor about 500 Euro

Total cost is 2000 Euro to start.

Check a lot of youtube and google guides and do not take only me as help.
