It falls under the 5k threshold so will they just tell me that nothing can be done? I have opened a support ticket but don't expect a quick reply. The slack channel seems invite only? Just got a silly idea to play big businessman. If you have significant amount of some other coins you can sign a message and send it with your request (make a note you are going to use another exchange ... dunno, maybe they will change their attitude). But it's highly unlikely at the moment when they are scamming a lot of people for free cash.
