Not quite, Neufund is different as they're building a platform that tokenises the equity of businesses, whether they're on-chain or off-chain. So they say, they reserved 3% of the sum they raise in the ICO. This means if they raise 100M NEU. They will distribute 3M NEU to the participants of the bounty. Those 3M NEU will be distributed according the the shares for each category. Lets say you are participating in the signature bounty which gets about 20% of this.
