I have emailed Kalyhost for over a week. They will not answer emails. They have a 30 day money back guarantee. Because of their customer service I will cancel.I have spoken to more then a few forum members who have been ignored through email. I will update on this thread when and if they respond.

It's bad for business, but it's not surprising. Magical Tux runs KalyHost and Mtgox. He's been busy.

He should really get someone to answer email even if it has to say "We'll get back to you asap" on questions a new guy can't answer.

Another day where I have no reply's to my emails. I have sent emails to support@kalyhost,info@mtgox.com and domains@tibanne.com.

I sent the emails in english and french each day. They continue to ignore. This is now 9 days where they have ignored me and the 2nd day I have posted about them on the forum.

Yes, I have similar issue with kalyhost recently. Other than that, it's fine and dandy.

If you're not happy with the service, cancel it. Simple as that.

I am sorry to hear that. That's very unfortunate. I think the owner is very busy with what's going on at mtGox, but still he should have had somebody answer your e-mails for sure. If it's a recurring charge on your card, could you cancel it with the bank? If not, I'd ask to get the money back if I was you.

There is no recurring charge. It was paid with bitcoin. I think all bitcoin related companies need to prove they can produce proper customer service.

nevermind - my domain order showed "delivery failed", i emailed them and got a response that i have to accept conditions.

Update Mark emailed me explaining that because I sent many emails they went into spam. He refunded my original account and sent the bitcoin amount. Because of the whole issue I had to go another hosting provider. I paid bitcoins with the new company.I wanted the original web hosting account canceled because I had updated to a VPS account. I have sent Mark and support@kalyhost.com emails requesting a refund for the VPS account. I will keep you informed when and if that is processed but overall my issues are 50 percent resolved.

I sent my second emails to Kalyhost and Mark in English and French requesting the VPS cancellation and refund. Will keep everyone updated.

I sent them .69 Bitcoin for a domain transfer that never happened. Hopefully, when things get back into control, they can start answering their emails.

Have been attempting to PM Mark on freenode and have been ignored. Emails sent again.

I think the best way to get our money back is probably to just be patient. Bombarding him with emails just adds to that probably gigantic list of emails he already has to respond to.

Mark then stops talking. He refuses to do what's right and leaves me no other option to claim fraud. He claims a 30 day money back guarentee but fails to deliver. Buyer beware. Luckily 3.30 is a drop in the bucket for me but for others this is a warning.

i hate to say this but X day guarantees on web hosting and not VPSs is not unheard of in the industry (at least for budget VPSs anyway). when I was shopping for VPSs, i definitely ran into feedback for unrelated providers with the exact same complaints. it's unfortunate, but not specific to MT. it would have been a nice gesture had he given a refund, but i'm not sure he is obligated.
