I have a 7970 running at 1125 MHz core/1750 MHz memory doing 680 MH/sec and it only generates 0.02 BTC/day at current difficulty. So unless you're buying 50 or 100 with CPU mined or early GPU mined Bitcoins, I wouldn't touch them.
