My twitter account got locked and needs to change the password but I can not access my yahoo mail and it always saying "Looks like we can't get you in your account on this device. Please try signing in from the device you use most often." Anyone who can retrieve my yahoo mail account or unlocked my twitter account I will pay $10. Payment: Ethereum only!

Did you try login on your phone or pc?

Edit : after do some research on internet, people got this problem when they try login on phone/new phone device. But some people said you can use sign-in helper (https://login.yahoo.com/forgot?)

From my experience. I think the OP did the signing in through his/her phone and it will be better if you use a computer but if the problem persist let me know.  So I can help

I haven't experienced this problem with yahoo. Well with the keyword, as cissrawk suggested they can't simply recognize the device that you are using.

Are you using a smartphone upon trying to access with your yahoo mail? Try to login with other device, that's what I can think of a solution for now.

And if there is still something wrong and you're not able to gain access with it, inform us again with what the error says.

I've already logged in to another device but it's still the same. I just need my twitter account to retreived, but I can't to login because I need to change password through email verification. Is there another way to get my Twitter account back, I've contacted twitter, they said that my  account may be compromised by a user or a service not associated with Twitter and i need to change my password.

Hmm... did your twitter linked with your phone number? Because you can reset via phone number if your account linked. For more information, you can go to their support page here : https://support.twitter.com/articles/14663

Unfortunately, I did not link my phone number on my twitter account. I just linked my yahoo mail. This is the only way I can change the password

After reading all your comments and reply , it is clear that the yahoo mail account you created is through your smartphone but i think even if you have created through smartphone you can use that mail id in desktop also as i have tried this. but your problem is different.

Give some details that how did you created your yahoo account (through mobile or desktop) ??

I created on desktop. Then i try to log in to my mobile then i got this notice. I'll shoot you a PM.

Have you ever tried to log in with the same password on your twitter account? Do you have any progress on your problem regarding your account out there?

What does the twitter management tells you about your problem? Usually on what device are you trying to log in with your twitter account?

Update: Oh I think your problem has been solved as you joined some twitter campaign.

I have the same issue recently, I just try to use the device that's already login to my yahoo account, do you have a phone or device that you use before in order to log in to your yahoo mail?

My problem has not been resolved yet. Twitter says that my account  has been compromised so I need to change the password and they will emailed to me. That twitter campaign. BTW, twitter campaign I made before my account was compromised.
