Hundreds of thousands of people do, including me. It is a great, yet basic, interface for having a wallet on the Ethereum blockchain and supports unlimited ERC20 tokens.

I do because it is convenient. It is just an interphase for the blockchain and you can do almost anything easily using MEW. There may be other alternatives as well. You should use whatever works best for your needs, and is secure / open source.

MEW is good.. but beware to use it.. check the address carefully in the address bar,, so many phising website try to seal ur private key, and so do with the eth balance..
so my advice is check and re-check everything. especially u are using the right MEW. make sure https is on its place and the right web address https://www.myetherwallet.com

A lot of Ethereum network users have MyEtherwallet is bookmarks, it's easy, fast and convenient way to keep ECR 20 Tokens. Make sure you never click on any Slack/Troll Box links to MyEtherWallet. Ignore all messages about reset password/Fork update etc. - a lot of scam messages links to fake MyEtherWallet websites just to steal your wallet details. Remember if you want to check balance you don't need login to MEW, you can check in Ethereum Blockchain Explorer: 1. https://etherscan.io/ and 2. https://ethplorer.io/ just paste your wallet address.
 

It's a minimalist and easy to use wallet. It could be better if they have better security and mobile app.

I used app in iphone! It easy to manage and sent token! Now i  used app "Trust" for iphone!

Me! I'm using it right now and it's good. Although it's my first wallet but I have no problem with it. My wallet is digital so I'm using a file key to unlock my account and we will not assume that's safe because we'll never know someone's gonna take it without our knowledge. But as long as I only got less amount in it, I'm feel no worries.

i think the majority here at the forum of bitcointal. personally i do because it easy to use also it is more secure and most of the airdrops support my etherwallet address.

All I can say about this wallet is that it is the most reliable ERC20 wallet you can find in thi sworld. Well, as long as you have your private key everything will be fine! :)

I use Myetherwallet (MEW) very often and it comfortable for me. A lot of ICOs create their tokens based on ERC20 and it is supported by Myetherwallet.

I use it, nice wallet ERC20 I think, but some of my friends are hacking and all their balances are transferred to unknown wallets, but I guess it's because of their own negligence I've never experienced anything like that.

However there are many phishing websites trying to steal private keys of the users, so you have to be very careful and bookmark the official website address. Don’t click on any url from email or anywhere.

MEW support Trezor and Ledger hardware wallet, it is a plus point to secure your coins.

I also use Myetherwallet just because its popular this means that its a trusted wallet and for me it is nearly similar to blockchain, but here you have everything the private key and the file.

You can also store many coins in it so thats a very nice thing about this wallet. It is also said that more people are beginning to use this wallet.

Well i use it. You can collect so many different coins on this wallet it is really nice. Plus you own the private key and the necessary files and stuff. You are the real owner of this wallet.

While if you use other wallets maybe online they will have access to your wallet whenever they want but that is on some of these online wallets.

It is ERC20 compatible, you can join bounty programs. I love it, I recommend it.

So far I always use MEW to put token assets from projects that I receive in following the bounty in this forum, and so far no obstacles whatsoever happened to the wallet, in addition to fairly easy to use and transaction using the wallet is also quite fast.

I'm using myetherwallet, my friend told me to install metacert and bookmark the site, the avoid phishing site of course never click coming emails that supposedly comes from my Myetherwallet, there are so many hacks on myetherwallet, because of users negligence to educate themselves on how to secure their account.

This is great advice. The advances in phishing continue. It's not like you have to be a total idiot and agree to send your .1 ETH to a guy in Nigeria anymore anticipating a 100x return for doing nothing. I'd be very cautious of any links that you receive from any random person through discord offering you to join their campaign and then advising you to use MEW. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK!

Im still using MyEtherWallet and it is still a good wallet to use, easy and secured you only just need to hide and protect your private key and then you are already good to go. This is why many are still suggesting to use myetherwallet as a online wallet for cryptocoins.

Myetherwallet is good though there has been some security bridges which has happen on their platform, but still they are good, to be more secure, it is advise you use myetherwallet with metamask or any other hard ware token.

I have Myetherwallet as my first wallet since i have no idea what other wallet to use until i encounter metamask which is more secure in my opinion. Although i have no problem with Myetherwallet, i have shifted to metamask.

Myetherwallet is easy, fast and convenient to use, many people use it. Most ico use this wallet, so wallets are more social and familiar.

I am not using myetherwallet at the moment anymore, I have migrated to their closest rival and former partner platform, mycrypto, I think my mycrypto platform is more secured to myetherwallet, recently mycrypto have disable logging into their platform using private keys and this a good thing to save the people from phishing attempt

Myetherwallet is one of the very good wallets you can find for yourself out there, and it is highly recommended. It's new user friendly, safe and convenient to use. It is also a good wallet to store up your ERC20 tokens. Just be sure that your private key is stored somewhere safe,, but easily accessible and do not share it with anyone.

I use it but it is impossible for me to trust it because you enter your private keys or json file every time if you don't use a hardware wallet so it is not safe for me.

 I use myetherwallet. I think that it is still the best ether wallet out there despite the hack. Now they even offer you the option to move your wallet information to metamask to make sure that you have the maximum security. Just make sure that you are not logging into your wallet all of the time using your private key as that can pose a security risk to you.

As for me, the Myetherwallet is a great purse. Recently, Myetherwallet - "the gold standard of a crypto-currency wallet".

recently i've read news that there will be mobile app of mew. ethererium guys perfectly do their work. I think this will attract even more users. I would like to wish them luck in improving the safety of their product

Since myetherwallet is not safe to check your tokens, I have stopped using it. So I do use imtoken to check my tokens

I use Myetherwallet and have never had problems with it, bt heard from others that they have bin scammed. I think that in a few cases it was peoples own fold, you have to be very careful with your key.

I use it even though this is sounding the issue that myetherwallet is hacked but I'd rather combine myetherwallet with metamask. it makes it feel more secure.

Me im using myetherwallet since i came here in crypto and i didnt get problem on this wallet. I can also store my profit and coin except for bitcoin. The only problem.on him is sometimes it getting lagging.

All i can say about this wallet is very friendly user,very safe and so far i never encountered difficulties though some times theres an issue but always fixed by the devs

myetherwallet is good for me. I have been in this market for 2 1/2 years and I have never been hacked. I feel lucky and partly because of the security of myetherwallet is good.
You should put your money in the myetherwallet instead of the money in the trading platform.

I still do use MEW, so far it's one of the  best  wallets availab especially when it comes holding ERC 20 tokens, the wallets transaction rates are faster enabling coins to reflect in the wallets  just as fast, encrypt MEW wallet well and you will have nothing to worry about in terms of the safety of your coins

anyone experiencing issues with MEW this 2 days?

i can't seem to transfer ETH via the mew. the transaction confirmation doesn't seem to pop out.

Me I'm using myetherwallet because this is the most common yet powerfull erc-20 wallet for all the crypto users and this is the wallet that all crypto expert prefer it to use. But there some issues that this wallet easily attack by the hacker and I'm hoping that they improve the security of this wallet.

It's not the wallet that easily attacked by the hacker but instead the users, most of people that got hacked I know got phished not because the wallet's fault but more of their own fault because they are getting phished into sharing credential data to random person. Im just being honest here, most of people are too lazy to do second check.

I mew user but still feel very worried about the safety are still lacking. Some times I read people's complaints on social media about those who suddenly lose their assets,whether exposed to the web phising or the other.Though very user friendly and easy we should still be careful. No one safe in crypto world.

I use to MEW (Myether wallet) to store my tokens and most of the people use this as their wallet. Further i installed metamask for additional safe. Metamask is a google chrome extension and no need to give MEW passwords to internet. Further always bookmark your website and log from there only since there are so many phishing websites. Do  not click suspicious web links and they can track your passwords.

Not really good considering that they had dns attack earlier and it's confirmed by them in their twitter accounts, I would definitely prefer MyCrypto for wallet use MEW is just have too much security attack while mycrypto still cool and barely have any attack

Today, there were some problems with the MEW wallet ,transactions are not created,I can not send tokens.What is happening?

Mew,  is a goodplace to keeptrack of all your etherium based asset, but after the report of takeover or people loosing their funds few months ago (tho the situation was resolved after a while)  i stopped using it

You can try to sign in to your wallet again and if there will be another problem and I suggest you to mycrypto.com and try to get the desktop client and that gives you a lot of improvement and you can try to send your amount without any doubt about phishing or even hackers.

I use myetherwallet since the day i started participating bounty programs and all i can say is positivity from security to reliability of the wallet.the compatibility of this to ERC20 tokens are the reason why this become popular and successful,until today this is the only ethreum wallet that i use even some issues thrown towards this but my trust remains

I use often. It's rather comfortable for me. But I advice you to secure it with metamask. There is risk to be hacked.

I think hundred thousand people or user use the Myetherwallet including me i think why many people use myetherwallet is because that is safe wallet rot ether. And many way to log in their like the safe way i know to log in there is the JSON file and i think so many people use JSON file to login in the my etherwallet.

Using myetherwallet for erc20 tags, it's a strong recommendation. But one thing that users need to be careful about is the rogue links used by rogue scams to trick the innocent in trouble. MEW is a fairly handy and secure tool so a lot of people use it. They simply prefer ETH and they use it to store their tokens...

I am using myetherwallet for a couple of months now and i found it easy for me as a bounty hunter to use it since most of the initial coin offerings today are using Erc20 standard tokens. One advice that i can give you is to make sure you always backup your private key because once you lost it, you're really done and it's happening to me already today.

Fortunately i already sold the good coins there and what was left was only the useless coins.

most of the traders uses Myetherwallet. either web or the downloaded one but uses it. as it is convenient to use and make transfers. It supports most of the ERC 20 tokens on the platform. and it is secured, if you don't give your private key to anyone else.

I am also using MEW. We are tired of repeatedly hacking, system failure, network congestion, ... hope next time MEW will have big changes to many people to use more peace of mind.

myetherwallet is really great for me. Me and my friends have never been hacked by hackers and it seems that the level of security is high.
I think we should put money there instead of at the trading floor. Recently there are many comments that the trading floors are very poor security and easy to be attacked. So myllllwallet will be the first choice.

actually there are now more wallets that supports erc20 coins but i agree that mew is the one that used the most because mew is more easy to use and does not require any installation because it is a web  based wallet but mew is not the safest because many users are now getting phished while using mew . thats why , metamask has lately been developed in order to keep you safe from phishing attempts . but to be honest i myself dont used a metamask because i am not a regular trader that uses different exchanges or hold a bigger amount of coins on my mew wallet .

I think many of us using myetherwallet to save their tokens because myetherwallet is one of the safe wallets for the erc20 tokens. and for the bounty hunter, myetherwallet is one solution to keep their token in that wallet and they can also send it to the market when they want to sell the tokens. as long as we can secure our mew account, we don't have to worry about the attackers and we can keep saving the token for a long time that we want.

Well, do not blame MEW for the hacking, MEW itself has never been hacked. It is other users vulnerabilities that lead to MEW access. You lose your access, no matter how secure the system is, you lose access. This is not the fault of MEW.

Ethereum network congestion is also not MEW's fault is is the fault of Ethereum network. MEW cannot do anything about that. MEW is a great service already and I really like it,,, of course it can improve, but it is already very good.

Mew need to be careful to use, it also needs to be improved, at least the password needs to be added

one of the best solutions to send tokens using forkdelta, this is faster and safer. for storage, mew is very safe as long as we keep the private key well, we can access it easily.

I haven't been using MyEtherwallet for more than a half of the year. After some problems with this service in January I decided to quit it and choose some other tools for operating my crypto savings.

First its not a human to say its "him".  Im using myetherwallet to store my tokens and after a year i would say that this wallet is awesome cause i never encountered any problems in this wallet.

I do not think myetherwallet is easy to hack, they are very safe and convenient. The people who lose their accounts are mostly from their mistakes.
