Unless you're doing everything manually or over the counter. And you're not officially using a payment processor I assume?

OP is trying to cheat, implementing deposits and withdraws over a play money app with too complicated conditions. But soon or a later, PP will catch is and all accounts and money will be gone. Just skip it. If you use your PayPal to deposit or withdraw funds from gambling sites then you may be in a trouble so just avoid it. Jackpot also need to be claimed manually by sending photo? This is real joke, I have to agree that there is no single reasons to join this poker site.
