Title: Shares Accepted only during Dev Fee?
Post by: davemanet on November 05, 2017, 12:41:31 AM
Hi All, I have a really weird problem.   My system was working for weeks straight.  Then today all the sudden, I only got Share Found, but no Share Accepted.

Oddly, when Claymore switches to the Dev Fee, it gets Shares Accepted.  Does anyone know what might possibly be wrong?

I'm using Claymore 10 (via Simplemining) to Ethermine. Below you can see share accepted once it's on Dev Fee, but no longer once it switches off.

Failover pool has been activiated, seems there is a trouble from your fist pool, try to restart miner and use the first config pool, and check your failover pool if properly configured, in claymore it is in your config.

I'm using simplemining which doesn't let me set a failover pool, so I can only change the first config pool.  What's weird is that my other rigs are connected to the same pool just fine.  Is this odd at all, or is it normal for some rigs to work on a pool, and some to not?

It is somewhat odd. Some pools have certain limitations but ethermine should not be one of them.

No it's not normal, but I would first double and triple check my settings in bat file to make sure they work fine with my hardware. Most likely it's some tiny little thing you're overseeing, as it usually happens with computers :)

i will start to look at the different settings.  does this clue help at all?  ETH:: No new jobs were received for 10 mins - something is wrong with the pool (or check -ejobtimeout and -djobtimeout options),
disconnect.
