Hi I'm new to Bitcoin and I think I get the idea of how it all works, so now that I'm really interested in investing when it dips down. So, I'm wondering whats the easiest to use and secure wallet I can get?

Probably easiest wallet for newcomers is Electrum if you want a slightly less secure wallet in terms of privacy. Bitcoin Core is the way to go if you want to host your own node as it offers more privacy but you do have to download the entire blockchain to synchronize which is 50+ GB right now.

Always make it a habit of browsing the forums before asking questions. We always get redundant questions here, with the same questions being answered a lot of times already.

as i see mostly people recommend to use electrum wallet or blockchain.info for newbies

I would recommend electrum for anyone for multipurpose wallet. You control your private keys and fees there.
If you are just going to store it for long, use paper wallets.
If you are onto altcoin trading, exchange wallets would be enough for you.

Sometime it will depend on which country you are.. and what purpose you will use it.. like for Trading, Holding or just receiving purpose.. on my part im using 2 wallet.. but my highly recommend is blockchain.info

Bitcoin.org has all the wallets which you have full control over. But I would personally recommend Electrum too as if you send a transaction with a small fee you can correct it before a confirmation which is a very handy feature.

Picking this stuff, you can choose Ledger that provides the greatest security for its users.
Trezor can be another cool choice if you plan using it not only for BTC, but for other altcoins either.
Jaxx, that works on various platform is a cool wallet for those, who begin working with crypto.

For bitcoin i suggest you blockchain.info and for ethereum you will use myetherwallet.
these are legit and secure ones. If you are planning to store more coins you can use a hardware wallet such as trezor or ledger.

Never use online wallets for storage main amount of btc. The best chose is Bitcoin Core or Electrum if you havent got enouth place on HDD of you have slow internet connection, to keep main amount of btc.
Also, I would look at the hardware wallets trezor or ledger.

And one more thing, never keep your private key in the cloud like icloud or google drive, etc.
