Is there any trusted sportsbook out there which satisfy following terms;

1) minimum betting 0.0001 BTC or 0.0002 BTC.
2) No withdrawal fees or less then 0.0002 BTC as fees.
3) live betting for tennis.
4) No document verification.   

Please suggest I will be thankful to you guys.

I guess sportsbet.io will be the best option for you, as they lets you to bet 0.1mbtc=0.0001btc. There is also no withdrawal fees, but I'm not sure about live betting on tennis as I'm not a tennis fan. Document might be needed if you make huge withdrawal but for small withdrawal I dont think they will ask your for document verification.
I'm not recommending them though, just based on what you are looking for.

Just stick with the most trusted one which is nitrogen. I think they have lowered their minimum bet, I am not sure since I quit sports gambling for a while and haven't check. Last I played there was the a long time ago when the minimum was 0.001 per bet, I am guessing they lowered it since the price of bitcoins are astronomically higher compared to the last time I placed a bet.

Ya you are right and right now I am playing at nitrogen but the only draw back is no live sport betting options.

Try out nitrogen's counterpart which is cloudbet. No document needed for registration. They have a better in play live lines but the only downside is that the minimum bet amount is 0.001 btc and the miner's fee is 0.0006.

I've cashed out more than 1btc on sportsbet and they didn't ask me for documents but I won't recommend them. It's up to you to try them out for yourself if you want to bet on live tennis.
