Hi everyone , i really want to expand my portfolio and add Waves but i don't know when to buy ... Should i buy it now or wait to segwit 2X  ?

Ask yourself why you want to buy waves in the first place?

Are you looking for something to give a return on initial investment or do you just like collecting coins.

Waves coin is always going to be useful as it's tradeable against other assets on the platform, normal price is $4 - $5 so looking at an easy 30 - 40% gain once things have settled down

i want long term investment i have 80% btc and 20% eth but waves seems good and i want to expand my portfolio ... I am not daily trader but i want to invest for 3 or more years ...

In case of waves you can buy it at the current price with your eyes closed. Just don't sell in atleast before 6 months. You would easily make 10x of your investment. I personally know whales those have been buying waves at 2x of its current price and they are holding it till now. So guess what, you can make more money than these whales also.
