I have just now tried to install version 3.0.0: https://download.electrum.org/3.0/electrum-3.0.0-setup.exe My system is Windows 7 32 bit. My old version was Electrum 2.9.2 I have just double clicked the setup. This was without problems. The standard activation context for processes is already defined. Can anybody help me? What does this mean. Thank you.
