Is there any Blockchain Explorer that records the confirmations time for the transactions ? If there isn't any, then, how can i know that ? This is really important to me. You can look up the transaction and get the block it is in. Then, find out information about the block.

it will depends in your transaction fee if you really pay high than the default fee expect that your transaction will confirm around 10 minutes to 30 minutes..
