That's the exact same robo-response they've been giving for the last couple months or so. Nothing new. Basically they don't have an official roll-out date for LTC support, and it'll happen when it'll happen. The thing people dont get is that they dont respond on twitter. They have some bizzare support system where if you message them a support question, they respond on their support ticket system, but then it sends your answer also to their twitter feed where only the first part is visible. Thats why you cant' even click to see more- because it's an answer to only one users. Their support person isn't actually using twitter.
