And it was said like that because most of the men are too busy these days trying to understand the new shape of crypto-economics, lets name it as "the economics of ver.2", and use it properly.

The building costs are really huge and they only seem to be such at the first sight in comparison with the coming profits out of services of the Project.
Now i would like to point out on a growing demand of blockchain support in regard to energy consumption. As a fact, every transaction only on btc blockchain now costs the same as approx 10 American households daily. That's too much, isn't? To compare, in 2015 the figure was about 1.6, so the power consumption ONLY on btc blockchain increased ~×6 times for the past two years... More over power costs are climbing up. Look at diagrams at Google, for instance. They show a kwh price spike.
So, here is the tendency and I believe it'll get even more hot in years. But bearing in mind all shortly described above, it means that the current cost for the building of the whole Project would be returned ~5 times faster in another 2+ years then it would may happen during the last years, for example. Another peculiar note: everything is getting expensive concerning blockchain market: electricity, hosting for miners, the equpments, personnel, etc. So, the quicker we install at least the first spread of the Project, the cheaper it would be and more profits it'll generate for everybody involved in it.
Ref. EcoGem project, the price per each kw/h is fixed and is subject to no change at a whole timeline of the project and is firmly stated as "0.05USD".
How do you find this price?

Preliminary information

Today, a temporary token pre-EcoGEM has been finally issued for the project in the number of 2 million units with the possibility of extra emissions within limited time for the purposes of a closed presale. This token is later planned to be replaced with the EcoGEM token (due to the transition to a new platform).
Everyone may participate in the development of the project by purchasing a pre-EcoGEM token.
The procedure for obtaining tokens is not complicated: it is enough to have a Waves wallet, the address of which must be transferred to the EcoGEM Club Telegram group, or to me in the PM. Here's an update on what's going on with EcoGEM Club now.

• There are some minor changes took place at the ecogem.club.

• The place for construction of the MPV site is now selected and redy for actions.
• Microelectronics repair shop is fully manned and ready to work.
• Laboratory of Renewable Energy Sources (Laboratory of Unconventional Methods of Generating Energy Sources) is not fully manned (3 specialists are working there) but has already produced first practical results in the field of electrical power generation method. EcoGEM Club is excited to announce its first real world energy partnership!

The Russian Island of Sakhalin is currently experiencing an energy crisis in which electricity is being capped at 3 kW/h to many residencies by the centralized power plant. This amount of energy is severely limiting, and makes daily life much more difficult.

We are partnering with local residents to provide them alternative energy by way of our proprietary wind turbines. Our turbine design is smaller and more mobile, allowing for greater implementation by individual adopters. While these turbines will offer electricity where centralized power has fallen short, the installation and maintenance of these turbines will act as a continuous source of revenue for our growing project!

💡What problem are we solving/what solution are we providing?

There are several problems that are deemed to be resolved by EcoGEM Club:

1. POWER MANAGEMENT:
A) A lot of electric power becomes idle due to different aspects and there is no practical smart solution to it so far.
EcoGEM club will try to resolve it and direct the idle energy into such industries as mining.

B) There is no precise data on power use worldwide which leads to power disbalances (one region generates too much energy with a few number of feeders capable to consume it all, another one hardly supplies the needed capacity at a great number of consumers and there is no a connection between such regions). It's all approximate. We believe
EcoGEM Club team to issue a solvation for an automatic registration of dinamic electric power data using a blockchain, like geopositioning of electric power feeders, quantity of the power supplied/used, etc.

C) Electric power transportation leaves much to be desired in many regions of the world as there is no effective solution to store and transport the idle electric energy.

Town/City infrustructure worldwide do not meet the requirements for mining industry at the moment. The mining capacity is huge and it is growing much faster than the power grid leading to an electric energy crysis (electric power supply inability, high tariffs, equipment weariness).

3. MINING AS A THREAT:
Individual miners became a threat in a certain extent (fire hazard due to overvoltage of the local electric power grid, high operational temperature, noise, etc.).
EcoGEM Club is a safe specialized place for miners to work at full capacity. The individuals do not need to run their mining equipment in their homes/apartments as it's uncomfortable and dangerous. They may use EcoGEM Club facilities instead paying small fees for renting to the Project.

Green energy VS brown energy.
Most of the electricity in the world is made from dirty, polluting, non-renewable sources such as coal, nuclear power, etc. Clean energy, on the other hand, is 100% pollution-free and produced from renewable sources that are naturally replenished and inexhaustible.
EcoGEM Club generates/use only ecologically safe sources (mostly solar & wind ones).
We can try to reduce climate change by using renewable energy instead of fossil fuels spreading the project infrustructure worldwide.

I agree that this is a very ambitious project and it will only bring benefits, but the problem is that in order to continue the research we need a lot of money, and now in the context of the coronavirus crisis, it is impossible to find big money to sponsor such projects. I recently read the green energy news at usave.co.uk (https://usave.co.uk/energy/green-energy-suppliers/) and I found out that scientists plan to start preparing for a full transition to green energy in the UK from 2025. It will be cool if Britain sets an example for the rest of the world. By the way, in which countries is green energy used ??
