Mike made them available to order for all, however they ship from the US ($151 shipping for 500) I have tried UK suppliers, but no luck. (ether high start up fee or minimum order) So, how many people would be interested in 100 for about £35 - £40 in bitcoin plus UK shipping? So, what about we find a supplier based in europe and ask Mike for permission to use the templates?
