Title: Blockchain.info Android Wallet Error - please, help!
Post by: SlotMonster on November 06, 2017, 06:41:50 PM
Hello,

Few days ago I started getting  "Error of loading fully functional wallet" error message while opening Android version of blockchain.info wallet. Web wallet works fine, I can login and send / receive money. I re-installed Android wallet wallet, but still get the same error.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you!

Maybe your phone version or android version is not compatible with the new version of blockchain app. that is why you are getting error in your android.
Did you tried to contact them to ask about the bug you experience try to contact them and report about your issue in your phone wallet..

Hello,

Thank you for your help. I truly believe that the issue is with blockchain.info wallet, because I have second Android phone with another blockchain wallet, and it works fine. But when I try to connect this phone to the "corrupted" wallet - it connects, and then I get this error message again.

So, my blockchain wallet doesn't work on two separate phones, but another wallet works fine on both phones.

I tried accessing my wallet through the android app and it works fine. Check yours again as it might be a temporary thing.

If you're still experiencing the same problem:

a).Check if you're using android 4.1+, if not then its not compatible
b).Check if you app is on the latest version 6.8.1, if not, Update it
c). Clear data and cache
or did you change your apps permission/s?

And your last resort is to obviously contact their support. Users above already provided some links. Make it concise and should be followed by proofs e.g. screenshots

Hey,

Thanks for the reply. I tried to delete all data and re-install app several times with no result.

a) I'm using Android 7.0 with MIUI 8.0 (phone - Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x)
b) Yes, I'm using 6.8.1
c) the same as (a) - I cleared it several times

No permission/s were changed.

I contacted their support 2 days ago, but all I got is their template reply about re-installing the app. I also asked their support via Twitter.

Cheers!
