Waves future is very good just hold your waves,i hope 2018 last waves price increase $8+.

It is gaining a lot of support when it comes to trading. A good choice if you want to invest in long term.
But, when it comes to the actual purpose, still needs time and more updates to compete with ethereum. Waves is good in concept and theory but is actually buggy in real life.

nah i dont think it worth to be compared to eth cause the gap is so far away. dont think so it will be great as ethereum now

I'm investing to Waves and i quite believe in the good future with waves. Waves increased from $0.25 to $3.70 in the year 2017. i hope it will increase to $20 in 2018

if you look at the forum, you will see that the waves are a very popular topic. This suggests that this platform is interesting for both practical application and for investment. High interest will outgrow in demand as soon as bitcoin calms down. Increased demand will push the price up. We are waiting for a very interesting 2018

From a 'user' point of view, Waves GUI is awesome....I like the idea that it doesn't need someone to have programming/coding experience to be able to create a token & even launch an ICO for example....In addition to its built-in exchange, that really grants it a bright future.

From an 'investor' point of view, I can see it gaining more and more attention & adoption, hence price increase but can't imagine it'll surpass Eth one day....For me; BTC is the king of the Crypto world, Eth is the Queen!
 

Investing in Waves is very profitable because will can give us big profit in early 2018. It is recommended by a lot of people and have get good opinion.

it seems not a good platform, in my opinion, i can tell you just like a waves dex and it's not working properly just like etherdelta. A lot of people are thinking about the waves just like a prototype.
That means they are not completing their work. and the development progress is really slow compared to another project.

Waves - a very steep platform that is not worse than the etherium platform, you can use both and not have yourself to do anything :)

Waves almost hears that everytime from some airdrops. I dont know anything about waves platform what is. But i think its usefull too. We dont know if we dont try.

Waves is an amazing platform and should have more value than it does, but it doesn't.  It's one of those things that happen in crypto where a better coin just doesn't raise in value.  I have a pretty big chunk of it and holding for the future, but it hasn't done much for almost a year.  At least I can earn a minor bit of passive income by leasing my tokens out.

I am positive it will wave up its price next year. Thou price today is falling I am optimistic that I will have a good profit in 2018. They say patience is a virtue and I am exercising one..

As for the moment waves doesn't look very good. Maybe in the future, when it gains more attention it can grow into something better and bigger, but now I think risks are too high. I mean why would you choose waves instead ETH platform? Is it that much better then ETH? I don't think so.

Since i bought waves, its never been in the green zone

I believe, that the waves have a great future! And in my investment portfolio, the waves have a significant share. The very idea of a decentralized exchange I really like and I think that behind this the future. We will gradually move away from the centralized exchanges. The team is working. I think, that the waves will surprise everyone :))

To my mind Waves has a lot of undisclosed potential which will affect the price starting from 1Q 2018 when some of alts will grow up

Waves and lisk both have huge potential but don't know why they are still lagging behind, ETH is already booming because of ICO running on top of them and waves can also do that but projects are not choosing them either because they are just following current ICO trend and choosing ETH or they don't want to test something new for their project and get burned.

Waves at current price can still be considered as cheap.

I have still beleive on waves that price value will soon skyrocket. Yes some alts will surely grow up so even you buy and invest some alts still you will earn profit. Yet choose the right altcoin and choose waves for hodling a profitable one.

may some dont believe but me im still believe on waves but not in a way where in it can surpass the eth but un a way that it can be good one as a good coin by itself. just like eth does

I'm sure most do very little research. The stress test of Waves NG today was a great success plus we will have the beta release of the new DEX on the 21st of this month. Add to this Smart Contracts early next year then it is no surprise Waves price is increasing. Better still there is a lot more to come next year!

i made a lot of research about waves and is still promising i dont believe can competitor of eth cause i believe that NEO is the next eth

         Well there is a great possibility that waves platform will boom in the future, but as of now we can even see that waves is a bit underrated i guess, and for now its not that popular in terms of usage. Maybe this is not the time yet for waves but eventually i have high hopes for waves for it.

The devs have recently released new screenshots about the updated wallet and decentralized exchange platform. It actually looks quite nice and it seems like the beta will be very soon.

Next year there'll be smart contracts, so with all that in mind Waves would be a better platform than Ethereum is.

At that point it will just depend on whether or not people choose to start their ICOs on the Waves platform instead of using Ethereum.

Have not seen nothing important on waves so far.

You would have if you read the thread. There have been several announcements made by the Waves dev team in the past weeks. There's even a Bitcoin Cash airdrop to Waves Community Token holders coming soon, which is why the price has increased quite a bit despite the current altcoin bear market.

Waves has definitely made a huge breakthrough recently. Both Waves and Ethereum become the dominant Crypto in the world of coins. A bit more and will be able to match the tremendous strength of Bitcoin.

Waves of my very favorite coin.Waves prices are much lower now.There will be very good prices in 2018.Days are going well in waves position.Their team is working very well.I bought 500 waves.Hopefully, the next year will be a good profit.

I'm really not sure how much I want to trust Forbes on delivering accurate news stories. I remember reading a few questionable articles and then started skipping most of their news for quite a while.

How reliable is this headline? I knew that Waves was in a very unique position due to the decentralized exchange, but I didn't imagine it would be this big.

WAVES could get listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange tomorrow and people will still ask if its a good project or not.

Let's just say that this is a big news and waves can surely done something to bitcoin and altcoins price it is sure unpredictable to look at it right now because of this people tend to make wrong decisions regarding this waves and I think it triggered when segwit announce the cancellation of the Hard Fork isn't it unusual and makes us wonder why it happens.

Finally, after waiting a long time. We are getting somewhere. I have been waiting for this for a long time  :)

well, why do you say it will rise in 2018?

I just let my Waves be. Not much to do with it for there are also not much who are making coins under it like ERC20 of ETH.
I am just waiting for the price of it to go up just like how I am holding bitcoin right now. Maybe some time there would be people who will create something to pump this good coin.

I share my experience with the waves, and yes you are right this experience was a sh*t! On other exchanges one side is paying for the order, on waves - both sides pay fee. I wanted to withdraw ETH from waves platform - I payed fee in both waves and ETH. Good news you say? Hell no!

I don't think Waves can compete with ETH, really. The battle is already over and ended months ago. With ETH rallying to over 30 billion and Waves sitting on about half a billion, what battle is there to fight? It's not even close to being a threat, and that is because ETH is the far more superior blockchain and that can be reflected on its price. People are already adopting ETH while waves is lacking back, ETH has the pioneer advantage and they are already head of the curve, how can Waves even keep up to that. When Ethereum moves to PoS and to Zsnarks the battle wwill be done once and for all.

Ethereum level now very high so it has no opponent personally i think.Waves is a real platform i think you agree with me.Waves price will be rocket high at future.I hold 700 waves & my future dream is waves.

I agree 50% with your logic because when waves price was 1.15$ then i bought 1100 waves after 2 months it's suddenly increasing 4$.I think BCH is next Ethereum.NEO high potential but i do not want to compare with ETH.

I see great potential on waves. A lot of profits I also get for trading btc / waves in recent days.

If I think the platform waves will continue to advance and grow, maybe even get through ethereum or even bitcoin cash.

We'll see in the next two or three years I'm sure waves will be a tough rival for ethereum.

Waves is at the beginning and a path similar to Ethereum. In my opinion, there is no rivalry, but rather a way of divulging, debasing, and providing coins and projects. Waves has a promising future as well as all Smarts platforms.
