I haven't been bounty campaign manager yet, but I have all the skills necessary to become one.
I understand that you want someone with experience, but I have to start somewhere too. Because I need to build trust and this would be my first campaign, I'm able to do it for free.

Although you really count that past experience as a must, I don't get why... How do you expect new BCMs to do their job then?

Regards,
Trump

The quality of free work is absurdly low.

Although you really count that past experience as a must, I don't get why...
Anyone with more than a single grain in their brain, as well as basic knowledge of building a new business, will not hire monkeys.

How do you expect new BCMs to do their job then?
There is absolutely zero demand for new managers of any kind. There's more than enough.

There's always room for improvement.

Improvement of existing managers? Definitely. However, you can easily notice a lot of them constantly bumping their threads as they do not have any or little work at this time. Therefore, it's obvious that the supply of work currently outweighs the demand. Using inexperienced managers is going to contribute to the major problem that we have been fighting for a very long time, shitposting and spam.

I would like to recommend to you Mr. Yahoo to manage your camapaign here, because he is really good and he manages his people well. He got too much trust and many works done in previous.

Never ever able to get a signature campaign to handle, had a long chat with BankEx support and I was almost final as what I know at last they hired someone without informing me I'm out. Would happy to manage your campaign if you share the details with me. The project must not have lies. PM me to have some chat with me on this.

I would like to recommend hilariousandco if the project is big enough, he will be best for this job if you can afford him.
Yahoo, Lauda, or any other come 2nd and 3rd on my list.

1. The quality of free work is absurdly low most of the time. Not always. I assume you're thinking of me as just another shitter on here? With the rising trend of shitposters joining the forum, I can't really blame you. I can only say that I'm not like the standard newbie manager.

2. Correct. The good thing is that I'm not just a monkey. I am more than that.

3. Sure, there are a lot of managers, but I believe I can provide a higher quality service than many of the current campaign managers.

I am here to help not only myself, but also the rest of the forum. Believe me, I hate shitposters just as much as you do and I ain't gonna have mercy with them if I ever get to manage a campaign.

Regards,
Trump

In general.

Given that you've failed to understand the sentence, the indicator is not on your side.

3. Sure, there are a lot of managers, but I believe I can provide a higher quality service than many of the current campaign managers.
Interestingly, you asses yourself to be better than experienced people in a field in which you lack experience. Either list names of these managers publicly, or just shut up. ::)

1. Agreed.
2. Okay?
3. I don't have specific names of those "experienced people in a field where I lack experience", but when I see shitposting happening by users who are actually accepted into campaigns and are paid for their shitposting too, I don't think I have to.

I see we both like pointless discussions  :-*

Trump
