1) OP is a shitposter.
2) OP has no experience managing ants, let alone campaign members.
3) OP has zero history of trading.

Mam I'm not expert like you. But you are my idol. I want to be like you. One day i will be like you and everybody will say that I'm a good campaign manager. I would like to say if you help me in things. Definitely i will learn again some skills from you. I do believe that I'm a shit poster mam. Everybody is not like you who are having quality even my language is not English. So what can i say more. If you are talking about recent email changed then you know better things. Some people having family to support them. Nobody know that who are rich who are poor. If i say that I'm a poor and learning then you will say that I'm creating sobor stories. So it's better for me to keep quiet. If you are going to do something wrong with me. Then please one time remember jesus christ. That i have hard work. Here is some professional advice: Cut the "hard work" and "Jesus Christ" (fantasy man) crap. Stop offering this service until:
a) Your English has improved.
b) You've gathered at least some experience managing campaigns. You can do this by offering to help out some manager with his/her work for a few rounds in exchange for a review/vouch.

Would you guide me? Because i want to do hard work. I will make you escrow if i got any job in managing because i would love to work with you it will be have good time with you? So mam would you?

You've done already what's enough to keep you out of any trades/management or dealing with money stuff.

Can't you see your -8 trust rating ? Just become a good person before trying to handle such jobs and obviously no company will ever think about hiring a user which has this under his name "Warning: Trade with extreme caution!"
