I'm searching a safe ICO or Cryptos to invest my money or maybe several ones,
Once I read this article I'm so fear of ethereum

Wallet vulnerabilities and blockchain issues have not really had a long-term impact on coin prices for Ethereum or Bitcoin.

This has been the case with a lot of software.  If a vulnerability meant death of a software project then things like Windows would be long gone.

There may be some potential for day trading since there may be some local swings due to the news and hype, but I wouldn't let it impact your long-term investment strategy.

Lol, you may not understand what already happened with ethereum right now, the problem is on the parity wallet and not about the ethereum itself, The network of the ethereum still safe to use but the parity wallet already managed by 3rd party.
I must say about that will not be a recommendation to save your money in the parity. Eidoo as the mobile new wallet with over 110k download by the crypto users  not get any problem.
This about the competence of the developer itself.
The parity already made the vulnerability to the their own wallet. especially about the multisig wallet.

If you really want to be safe like you said before, then dont invest on an ico, just use that money to buy strong altcoins like litecoin or monero, or just buy bitcoins if you prefer.
Bitcoins have been the only ones who have been rising a lot during the last few weeks, and i am sure that it will continue going up for some months until it reaches ten thousand dollars, so dont be late, just invest right now instead of using that money to invest in those fake icos who are going to make you lose your funds.

Vulnerability is something that an exchange, wallet can't guarantee. Why do you want to buy tokens on ICO if in most cases the price go down below ICO when a token starts to trade on exchanges? I'm not saying all tokens behave in this way, but majority of them do. I'm currently holding 5 tokens and their price is below ICO, though the projects behind those tokens are good.

Sorry to tell you here buddy but there is no safe ICO or Crypto to invest in. The thing you have to understand is that there are several thousands to choose from. A few hundred you can find heavily promoted here. A handful look good and can pass any rating, any due diligence, any sort of litmus test the community can provide. But that doesn't guarantee success in terms of price, which is obviously what you're looking for. Your best bet is still to do your own research and settle on something you're comfortable with. Then, learn from the experience.

Where is a risk there is an opportunity. Hackers usually don't attack a specific target, they attack the most unsecured and IT ignorant.The money are stolen because 99% of users do not follow simple security rules: don't use the same passwords for all services, don't use simple passwords or passwords that can be found in dictionary, don't use your main Windows PC for payments, etc.

Every system has undiscovered and undisclosed vulnerabilities. The bigger community is, the faster this vulnerabilities are identified and fixed. I think that Ethereum community is big enough to solve all the problems.

It's all about research and learning about the ecosystem. Read the whitepaper, look into the team, ask questions on their thread and then join a bounty campaign so you can learn more about the ICO.

Don't just jump in because you are excited, it is the same as any investment.

There is no safe ICO to invest in, or altcoin even. There are a handful of altcoins that are decent, but they are only taking care of Bitcoin's temporary downfalls in the meantime. So when Bitcoin scales a little more and solves these scaling issues then we will see these altcoins disappear because they only had short term value. Plus most of them are being used to speculate anyways.

First of all, investing in ICO is never completely safe. It's rather a high-risk high-gain game.
