Title: My country's government has blocked accounts of online gamblers.
Post by: Remember remember the 5th of November on June 18, 2013, 05:44:16 PM
And then the "Bitcoin user not affected" meme came to mind.

Anyway, what this means is that anything like online poker and online soccer betting is now banned(or any kind of online gambling) and (some)domains redirect to some Markmonitor webpage.

My money is in my wallet though.

It's all good if you're getting robbed in sunny beach just don't get robbed by people who are abroad or the ones who don't give the gov a piece of the action.

I believe that in Europe the only places where you can have a legal casino are Malta or Gibraltar...

You have legal (online) casinos in pretty much every country in Europe. Malta & Gibraltar are where most of the big online casino headquarters are located because of tax reasons.

when you deal with $ i wouldn't suggest to use not your own controlled Proxy,
VPN is better because because it has electrolytes, i mean Encryption

The same thing happened in many eastern european countries.  (online) gambling became a government monopoly. :S (yes, monopoly is evil in my opinion)

There's one bad thing though, people have no idea what is bitcoin, furthermore even if they heard about it they have deep misconceptions mostly because of all the BS flowing from the media. In hungary there weren't any positive articles appearing about bitcoin for example.

Anyhow, add to the fact that many people do not have internet access and most of the population is brainwashed throught TV... Very nice circumstances for a new currency to get adopted.  :-[
