Any comment for Order A4+???. Thank you

I have ordered A4 and paid 75% of the order as per their terms on June, and I am yet to receive my miners. No reply to mail or response to phone calls.

Looks more like Scam. Don't buy till you get a solid response from people who already pre-ordered (like me  :'( )

Edit (23 Nov) : I received mail asking to confirm my order details and the shipping information etc... I hope it is coming soon, I have been waiting for long time.

I have paid for three A4+. 5 business days are off. I still got no any confirmations about my order...

Is there a possibility to mine other currency with the A4+ ?
like gamecredits currency ?
is the firmware opensource ?

Yes, any Scrypt based coins are mineable with it.
