Title: Appeal to Lauda
Post by: Gozie51 on November 08, 2017, 04:52:11 PM
I was shocked to realize that I was negged by lauda after I applied to the campaign - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2222129.msg24208521#msg24208521 today at 02:37:10am

Lauda' s allegation is that I was on an SMAS list before applying.

Sincerely, Lauda must have mistaken me with other users because my account was not negged before I applied to the campaign.

In fact, I just finished with a campaign with Trippki, managed by Krach barely 24 hours and have just made 2 posts before applying to coinpay managed by Lauda.

Admin can verify from the trippki campaign managed by krach - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2294741.msg24189926#msg24189926. My account was clean after the campaign.

For the records, I have not had any issue with any manager nor Lauda.

Lauda is the only name I can find in my account that negged me. I have not been negged before prior to the allegation on me which is not the fact.

I eventually came to this thread because lauda has blocked me from sending pm to appeal via pm.

My appeal to admin therefore is that, I need a help to undo the neg. on my account, anybody who can get to lauda should help me appeal, it is a mistaken judgement on me.

I don't intend users to take this as a medium for fowl comments please, I just wish my account back because I'm sincerely innocent of the allegation.

It will be injustice if my account stays on red for an allegation I'm totally innocent of,  thanks admin and Lauda.

Hope for a peaceful resolution.

Read this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2108952.0

Than you see this:
Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why am I banned?
If you find yourself on the first list, you were banned for low quality posts / spam. If you're on the second list, you are permanently banned (don't bother sending me a PM). Read the following: [Forum / Campaign] Why have I been banned? Posting guidelines. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1741988) Another recommended read: Campaign Etiquette (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1692740.0).

2. Is my ban permanent?
If you are able to demonstrate that a considerable effort has been invested into improving the quality of your posts and general posting behavior, your ban may not be permanent (exceptions apply).

3. How can I get unbanned?
Send me a PM (do not post in this thread) only after 60 days have passed since your ban. If you apply before 60 days have passed, you will be instantly denied. I will try to respond to these requests within 7 days.

4. How many times can I ask for a review?
The current policy states that, if you get denied twice, your ban will be permanent.

Note, this thread is still a WIP. All existing SMAS review requests should have been processed.

1) You have not read anything in the campaign thread and proceeded to apply.
2) You are a shitposter.
3) I had to block a lot of people from sending me PMs as they waste my time with their bs excuses.
4) This is the SMAS list: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2108952.msg23197084#msg23197084
5) You are on it. You tried to abuse it / cheat it. I don't trust people of that type. Questions?

You were so persistent in trying to get into the campaign that I actually blacklisted you twice in 1 update without checking with a list de-duper.  ::)

In as much as my allegation was that, I was on SMAS list before applying. I want to ask, was I still on the list and worked and paid in these two SMAS listed campaigns ? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2130967.0

Ask Yahoo that. His failure to check the list is not my concern. Then again, I primarily check my own list only unless Lutpin updates the main one.

I thought that we able give someone negative feedback only if they ever scam people
And now, when people try to apply on signature campaign , they got -ve because they did not read rule ( Lauda's Rule for this case)

I'm sorry if I do not understand it right because I'm still blind about how trust shall be use correctly

Completely wrong. I have a ton of spam butthurt negative ratings on me, and even 1 from a DT2 members yet I did not scam anyone.

Whether the attempt to abuse/cheat is intentional or not, I do not know nor does it matter.

Any kind of action that makes another party question your trustworthiness, or just outright not trust you anymore. However, DT members are held to high standard where you can't just go around tagging for whatever reason you want.

These two campaigns I participated on came after the supposed list.

I appeal to let go, I didn't make intentional attempt to cheat or something by applying.
