Title: Is that "ICO coin/token" has really can be used on daily life?
Post by: narielle on November 08, 2017, 09:14:58 PM
So many ICO out there. And some of them (lot of them) has been success. But are they really can be used in daily life based on goal of that project?. Or Lot of them still on "pending/under develop" with very long time delay?

IMO it would be cybermiles. They are planning on decentralizing marketplaces and ecommerce. They partnered with 5miles (marketplace app with 12 million users) to integrate the blockchain there and then they will commercialize. People can even host their own ico's on CMT. Lots of plans for them. I jumped in for the idea and strong team.

Most tokens are created precisely for using them in some narrow sphere of our daily life. Some serve the banking sector, other medicine. others facilitate access to various information, technologies, accelerate certain processes and other. Just not always the project is well thought out and therefore the created tokens sometimes do not enjoy sufficient demand and fall in price.

Only a few of them will be used in real life. For example crypto debit cards, you can use them in real life.
Paying a coffee with almost zero fees is awesome. Buying a digital good worldwide with no fees is awesome. There are a lot of examples, but less projects can make it happen.

There is no coins that can be used during the ICO. The ICO just collects the money for the project then the team uses it for personal purposes.
