So i see no point to getting things complicated. Moreover this is not a signature or bounty campaign. If i will not pay that promised prizes, my account will tagged as red which i dont really want to.

Its just 0.15 btc. 1K USD is usually considered a significant amount by most people.So i see no point to getting things complicated. It does not complicate the contest much more than just adding a secondary layer of security (maybe delaying payments by 1-2 days).Moreover this is not a signature or bounty campaign.
