The money is there I will even give you the login first and look at the account...It is a sellers account with a payment that got sent today.

You registered 2 days ago and you're selling a paypal account. Just so you know, the chances of you finding a buyer is slim. No one has any idea whether the account is stolen or not. Even if it's yours, there's no guarantee that you won't try to reclaim the account. I'm not saying you're a scammer, but there's little assurance that you will hold your side of the bargain.

I am saying he is a scammer. Selling a paypal account makes you a scammer in by book.

He is trying to sell a PP account that has uncleared money until July 1st just FYI.

plus the different ips on the paypal are giant red flags for paypal lol. and on top of that all he would have to do is call paypal ask nicely to release the hold and they will. paypal representatives most of the time can release the funds if asked unless its an ebay item then you would have to provide info on shipping and stuff before they will. i have a family member that works in the fraud dept at paypal/ebay. Plus op can call paypal and retrieve the account, etc. its a giant loophole for anyone wanting to try this lol. There are ways to do this to where he wouldn't be able to get the paypal back but it wouldn't be legal as your using somone elese name, etc. depends...
