And since he is sending the Paypal it’s like you are sending free bitcoins to a stranger. He might work it out for small orders. But once he gets a huge order you are doomed. Get ready to your ass whooped by Paypal dispute team.

Either use a trusted BTC trading site, or just use this site and use escrow.
