Ledger nano s, and it supports the major ones. The price is right and the footprint on the device is small/compact.

As I deal mostly with Ethereum, Bitcoin and LTC I use Ledger Nano S. This hardware wallet seems to me the best one. I like also its compatibility with Gmail and DropBox services online.
It is not so expensive — less than 70 Euros.
