- expected to last long - node not so expensive Please also explain why you think the coin is valuable. Most masternode coins seem obscure to me. It cost 42 ZEN for a secure node and 3.5% of mined zen goes towards secure nodes.
So if there are 1000 secure nodes, each gets 7.560 ZEN per month. And with todays prices is about $170 a month, minus VPS cost. But projects like Boscoin, Exscudo and Wagerr have masternode setup in their road so as to jump on this before it get expensive to buy

To begin with I am looking for nodes under $ 1K. Looking for something that is long term like a mining rig. Most masternode coins seem obscure to me. Zcash I say directly. Its nodes are making great amount of money if I'm not wrong. One friend of mine explained it to me weeks ago. I couldn't check the details but it should be very expensive to set up a node honestly.
