Quick cash withdrawals through Dwolla too. Mine was processed in less than 5 minutes, UNLIKE Mtgox who takes weeks IF you're lucky. I like their live graphs for market data as well. Check it out :)

It is through the #bitcoin-otc IRC channel where you could buy/sell BTC for USD using either bank deposits, moneypak, meetup, or sometimes even PP. You can learn more on http://bitcoin-otc.com/

in person in a major city for cash or Are you in the US? Fly to Japan, exchange at MTGOX and Fly back....just remember to declare your cash when you come back. or search the forum and try #bitcoin-otc or campbx multiple accounts and lots of money orders or ?????
