Title: Is Mining site Eobot.com scam or legit???
Post by: Eadefemi on November 09, 2017, 03:08:49 PM
Hello family, so there's this site I came across some days ago, eobot.com

I got a short tutorial on how to mine Bitcoin and other altcoins on it

However to increase the mining hash rate I have to invest some few dollars

I want to know if anyone in the house has withdrawal experience with this site ...

I've seen some reviews but they didn't sound convincing enough, i want first hand experience.

Thanks!

Have you ever tried to withdraw?

Did you do the free mining?

Oh that's really cool....can you give me a heads up about how to use it without problems too?

Like, he mines and withdraws regularly??

Withdrawels are working fine. To get familiar go to chat there. Type !faucet @sibylsan and you should get a nice tutorial graphics. But GHS is always calculated to 17 months ROI. You don't risk much like on other cloud miners because you always can exchange your 5yrs contract to one day and get your investment minus around 20% back. But I use eobot for watching movements of cryptocurrencies, not serious for mining, just have a small amount for fun there.

Eobot isn't scam, but it's not worth to invest here. You hardly can get ROI from Eobot. But if you want to invest few dollars, you may try to test Eobot, you don't risk to loose much. I didn't had problems with withdrawals when I used them in past. You also can use their faucet and invest free coins into mining.

No ROI there for you, don't waste your time and energy. They base their entire system on BTC cloud mining which is NOT profitable at all. You ll just spend months clicking their faucet and investing your own money only to get next to nothing in return.

Try DMD Diamond cloud, much more profitable and hands free solution. Let me know if you need any help.

Mining on eobit.com is not scam but vistual minings are considered non profitable nowadays.
To mine with eobot, you need to deposit atleast some bucks to speed up your hash rate.
They have also a free faucet where you can claim free bits everyday, useful for those who don't want to deposit their own money.

Eobot is one of the last standing legit websites now that hashflare have gone a bit awol imo.

Pros-
Been with Eobot for about a year and I really like how their service and website works,
if you combine trading at the right time with your mining you can make your return a bit faster.

They seem to fix problems in a timely fashion and I have never been conned out off anything I have earned.
Contracts have remained consistent (lengthwise) and they have a little chatbox that you can quickly get info
from should you need some help.

I've never seen any changes in withdraw amounts or fees and although the withdraw process can be quite
slow to receive, I have definitely always received all of it within a few days. (Cant always blame websites for bitcoin traffic all the time ><)

I like that they support Cloud folding, Charity mining is cool to do too, and you still make a little reward anyway.

Cons-

They don't seem to be able to maintain an ETH wallet, it is always in maintenance mode.

I don't fully understand the pricing of their GHS it can be quite erratic so you gotta pick your moment to get a decent price.

The Chatbox community can be arrogant and a little unwelcoming to those of who don't know much about bitcoin or crypto's
but I get the point, there's people dropping in everyday like "HOW I MAKE MONEY THIS WEBSITE NOW?!????"

They had a Technical problem a while back and I saw a few users see it unresolved including myself. (I Didn't bother sending a support ticket in, was being lazy). Basically You cant sell your GHS but you can turn your 5 year contracts into 24hr contracts which give you about 75% of the value of the contract back depending on what you've mined and traded in that time. - Ok the problem, Their website stopped responding/mining peoples 24hr contracts and the balances were just re-setting for about 6-7 hours. Although fixed, some did not get compensation for whatever contract they had converted to 24.

Luckily I wasn't at the time, but if I was pulling out completely and traded all my Ghs for 24, and that happened I would be so
frustrated so its made me think twice about it in future.

Just some points I have for them :)

You make your own decision but every website has risk remember :P

ShinodanP, thanks a lot. Here's what I'll do, I'll first get to mine freely by accumulating faucet bonus...and see if the experience gonna be nice

And then I'll make use of that chatbox Too. You're right, it's my decision to take.

proof that eobot is legit. check here https://netbusinessrating.com/en/review-10520-eobot

It is not existing anymore "Page not found!." it used to be profitable I made one cashout here four years ago, their faucet is very good it also used to one of the best faucets in the market, but it's not profitable anymore, it's become a Ponzi scheme just like all the other cloud mining.

i agree with you , the profit from Eobot is too slow, for get roi back must wait lot of months maybe more then 2 years at latest
i think  most of sites mining that give roi easily are scam

Cloud mining is never been profitable even having an actual physical mining wont give out that possibility.

I really doubt Eobot is a ponzi scheme. They just don't need to be.

A ponzi scheme by definition pays earlier investors with the deposits of later investors.
Eobot doesn't do that. (To my knowledge).

Mining hardware goes obsolete so fast, that they just declare them unprofitable, (probably by artificially raising electric prices), and then terminate your contracts.

All legal. And if their electric rates are true, then you really can't blame them.
Cloud mining isn't necessarily a scam. It just is almost never a good deal.

I have used Eobot back before they developed a dislike for my country (USA), and used to have some contracts. Withdrawals worked fine, and the site did what it said it would.

Buy and hodl is better though. :)

Pretty sure Eobot still allows you to redeem contracts for a physical miner when the contracts you're using become obsolete as well, though things might've changed recently. I also used to use Eobot a few years ago and they did pay out and do things as stated, the break-even time is much too long now for their contracts but otherwise the site seems to be somewhat legit.

If you want to mine outside of your own home, a better option than cloudmining is hardware hosting. You'll need to provide your own hardware, but you'll get better electrical rates than with most cloudmining sites and your own home most of the time.

Eobot is an old cloud mining site this is where I worked or claim my first faucet, they have been here if I remember since 2013 I am not yet active here in Bitcointalk but very active in cloud mining and faucets, I'm surprised that they are still online, I consider them legit if there are reports about scam here I still haven't seen it in the scam section.
