We are entering the new crypto bull market and just after 2x is canceled ZEC Investment Trust has launched.

We have seen more than x10 in ETC after ETC Trust. The same thing can happen in ZEC as well. I think ZEC will be one of the most bullish coins in crypto.

Current ZEC Price at 11.09.2017: 0.037 BTC ($265)

Current ZEC Price at 11.16.2017: 0.0417 BTC ($302)

Current ZEC Price at 11.22.2017: 0.036 BTC   ($295)

A new altcoin bull market perhaps yes, I'm sure the price will certainly boom on announcement of the trust but I would hesitate to assume it will go 10x just because ETC did, ETC is a far lower value coin than ZEC. It wouldn't surprise me to say 0.1 btc passed sometime in the next months which at current prices would make it the second most expensive coin.

if their service can attract many new investors to ZEC of course price will be pushed, but i'm not sure if this service can give big effect to reach x10 because the price of ZEC is quite expensive

Dont you think that 0.20 bitcoins is a little bit expensive for this coin? i know that it is having a lot of pumps and this is the reason of why it has been increasing so quickly, but it does not means that it is going to make more than 8x from the actual's price.
it is below 0.035 at the moment, and 0.20 is more than $1500 dollars, it is a huge amount of money and there is not even a coin that is worth that price at the moment.
Bitcoin cash is the #2 most expensive coin on the market and it is only $650 right now.

lets not forget about 42 coin which is like 10 or 11 k lol

0.20 is a huge amount of money of course, we are so far away from that price, it is not even 1/4 of the atms price, i really doubt that it will be touching this price, or at least not for now.
But bitcoin needs to go more than x5 from now to be able to see huge prices on altcoins, and 5x from bitcoin is more than 35 thousand dollars, which is almost impossible to happen in a few years, maybe in five years or more.
but "0.20" is like a fiction price, the only thing that matters is how much will it be worth on USD.

I updated the topic considering the replys here. Using a USD target is much more suitable and achieavable for ZEC. Let's see what shillbert will do with ZEC

the key of succesful investments in crypto is patience,
so just keep patience, maybe when BTC price hit about 20K$ the price of ZEC will be at 2K$

this is a good new about the zec and to all of holders especialy my self cause im one of holder this coin evry dumping the price im still buying the coin cause i have a trust this coin.. For now the price of zec is 250$ this is a sign to buy more... Btw thanks for the news hopefuly more investor come to zec.

I do not understand some things. ETH and Monero will give you the privacy protocol. It will not be a different or valuable feature of Zcash.

I really really hope that ZEC will rise significantly. However, despite what seems like a good and dedicated development team and a charismatic founder, I don't see it gaining popularity or getting itself known enough. They need a marketing division...

you cant really know with ZEC, thats why i dont invest in it
but hope that it will grow because i love their technology, and invested in few forks

zec is moving so slow. I would rather buy ripple.

I really hope ZEC will be $400 with aim to $500, but $2000 is too expensive now for this coin. Even $1000 is beyond any reasonable for this and next year.

Zec have a nice upward line even with the security issue that was mentioned.

I think coins get popularity when they rise significantly. It is like nobody was talking about bitcoin when it was 300$, now it is 7k$ and everybody is talking about bitcoin and try to get in crypto.

The same applies to altcoins as well. When a coin is cheap and stable nobody is talking about the coin and it is not gaining popularity. I think when zec moves towards the 450-500$ level, it will get a lot of attention.

But everything is expectations, of course, we will see what is going to happen.

I agree, but the question is when? With the way BTC just V-bottomed, I'm not sure it's the best time to jump in.

Both ZECUSD and ZECBTC dumped when BTC made that last leg up, so I'm guessing they will continue to dump if BTC makes new ATHs. I have some fiat lying around, and it feels a bit late to pile it into BTC, so I'm looking to accumulate ZEC and a few other alts while they are bleeding due to the BTC rise.


Same here, from an investment perspective. Personally, I prefer XMR and am excited about Mimblewimble, but ZEC has a very strong developer community and strong institutional backing. It's a good long term hold.

Consensus invest(28th November) might be the start of ZEC bull run.

zksnarks technology is the best project to use this. If they produce an official wallet, the price will fly.

I think zcash will get to $2,000 before end of the next year and we may see this coin compete with bitcoin cash in future. I have been following its price and it has been stable for quite sometime now.  Hope most of this coins develop in price so we can have serious alternative crypto currencies.

Are you drunk? even $500 not reached by zcash at this time, The price will below $500 for sure until the end of this year. but another little increase in the zcash price. it should be around $350 at the end of this year.

As long as know. The algorithm zcash developed to make easier to mine in long term. Hard in the begining but easiest in the long term. The only good feature n zcash is the anonimity. It is using sero knwledge. Transaction quite fast. For pricing it at $2000 is too much especially there are so many good altcoin out there.
