Not sure if you are referring to this, but this is just like any other cryptocurrency, like DogeCoins, LiteCOins, Ethereum... basically, alternative currencies to Bitcoin, hence the name altcoins. :) The other site bitcoindiamond . org is just a scam site, do not even try.
