Bitcoin doesn't have a support team.

What business/service/website are you using?

This looks like a bitinstant transaction, through Zip zap. You should have received your coins almost instantly. How long have you been waiting? Support is known to take a little time so try to be patient.

bitinstant has been having some problems lately, I would not trust them at all right now.

I see you've started two threads for this issue. If you haven't already been in touch with BitInstant support, that'd be a good idea:
http://support.bitinstant.com/ (http://support.bitinstant.com/) - click "Email us" to open a ticket.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.0) - official BitInstant support thread on this board.

I've been trying to give BitInstant the benefit of the doubt. They've been under the gun lately because they ran into trouble with a major upgrade. This led to a backlog of orders to be processed manually, so that's where a lot of their attention has been. If you submit a ticket, and maybe also engage Yankee, Ursay, and Gareth (all Bitcointalk members who represent BitInstant) on their support thread, they should be able to help you out.

+1

Maybe you should talk to the people you were actually interacting with, rather than shouting in a internet forum they probably are not reading?

What are you going to do with a public key? To do anything meaningful you need the private key ... :P

I'd consider it pretty meaningful if I gave him my public key and he sent me 100 BTC  :D
