many people think the rise of Bitcoin due to hard fork in November. But on day 8 before hardfork Segwit2x, Advocates for a bitcoin hard fork cancel SegWit2x fork. So, does altcoin rise?

Many investors deinvest their money from altcoins and start investing in BTC in month of NOV coz they want to take advantage of having BTG at the time forking. Proof of that is BTC market cap suddenly rises and altcoins market cap drops. They remain invested to take benefit of segwit2x. Now as segwit2x is cancelled....Let's see how investors react to it. Will BTC price fall???

I can't conclude that Bitcoin will be go down. Since August until November, there has been no significant correction. I think the new rally will start now  :)

If you look at it, the market cap is also down, so for me it only means three things:

1, Investors have already sold and cash out bitcoin. However, they are not going to altcoins for now. So not all altcoins are being pump. They are still red as of the moment.

2. And those who have cash out, are still waiting for the price of bitcoin to drop more before getting into the picture.

3. Those who have cash out are getting in Bitcoin Cash now, resulting to a 40% increase. But the question, is it sustainable? or just for short term only?

Yeah maybe this is the right timing for altcoins to grow,or to make up on users lost whos holding those alts for long,when bitcoin has dominated the whole system.so we alts holder lets break the silence and recover from our loses.lets pray that this situation continues as we needed it most

The cancellation of SegWit2x was misunderstood by many, and people saw it as a manipulation effort. It is certainly not a division that is wrong, but for now it was unnecessary. Maybe they can try again in the future.

The cancellation was just a tactic to make people holding bitcoin sell, now the news is out that it's gonna happen. Market makers in action.

The perfect time to invest in altcoins was right after they announced that Bitcoin SegWit2x hard fork was cancelled. Unfortunately, Bitcoin was overloaded at that time and my transaction couldn't get through even thought I paid a high fee. However, Bitcoin Cash is still gaining a lot. Maybe it's not that bad idea to buy it while it's still being pumped in order to sell it later?

Do not worry ! Bitcoin has only one way and that way is to grow up . No problem if they cancel segwit2x hard fork , bitcoin will be back probably to a higher price than now . Is normally like altcoins rise because bitcoin is the first digital currency appeared .

Yes many people thought that they can get free BTG if they would hold on their Bitcoins till the fork. But their plans have reversed due to the cancellation of fork. So now alt coins show their uptrend till some of Bitcoin holders sell their Bitcoins

Yes altcoin rise again and bitcoin down.We always see when bitcoin pump altcoin dump again bitcoin dump altcoin dump but bitcoin stand altcoin moon.Now time to altacoin on the moon and already altcoin started pump now.

You guys might want to look at the charts and stats for BCH. It gained over 20% in just a single week and while everything seems to be on the red, BCH is the only coin that keeps on performing well. Also, the hashing power from bitcoin are going to BCH in the mean time since it's more profitable to mine that coin and at the same time it's being hyped all over in twitter and reddit.
