My thoughts? A correction has happened and its time for buy more altscoins for discount price :)

Amen, what this guy said. Sure you may have lost some money during the run but no worries since it will recover eventually. Patience is key, I'm sure all those that bummed out of ANS early stage regret it after seeing NEO pump.

I wouldn't worry about this. After a spike that almost all alt coins made yesterday they have to make a correction before they can continue upwards. This is actually healthy for continued growth of alts.

You can't expect market to be green everyday else if every coin started showing 10-20% rise everyday, investment will double every 7-8th day which is purely unrealistic. Due to sudden cancellation of Segwit fork, people jumped again in alts and bought too much of them which raised price dramatically in very short span but prices were extra-hyped. With time passes, prices are now settling again at right place.

It is because Segwit2X is back on...

I think it's the right time to buy more so that later when a coin rises will increase our profits. but if you do not have any bitcoin to buy again I guess I suggest you to tranding.

You should be patient, it is necessary if you are a trader, this is not the first time all them are red, right ?  ;)

This situation has long been expected. The bears are finally in and the pigs are getting slaughtered with the bulls by the sideline watching. Now, with this correction, the market can take its appropriate direction and not just being bullish because of the expected segwit split. However, it pisses me off how all altcoins seem to turn red whenever the Bitcoin bleeds.

Even though its red the coins didn't go down a lot actually the price went back on how it used to be or a bit more up compared to how it was before fork cancellation, at-least with the coins I hold.

Fast growth means quick fall, so it was predicted at the very beginning. Hopefully, btc money will return to altcoins after segwit fork.

Segwit fork is not going to happen anymore it has been called off? wasn't that the reason for sudden rise in altcoin's prices?

There seems to be a direct confrontation between the BCH and the BTC, following the failure of the implementation of Segwit2X and the blocksize increasing to 2MB. That is the main reason leading to the whole market is going down with BTC

This rally will continue. Trader always try to get benefits of volatile market. But coins price will go up regularly.

My thoughts is , we should buy now until its red. Those red will eventually be green again. Its only natural for cryptos to turn red , but it will surely rise again. So don't panic .

Correction mode is on, give it a few days. We should be back in business soon.

My mentor said the market now is being manipulated by the whales so its unpredictable even the news and announcements are getting crazy.

Everything will green again. Traders are getting benefit of volatile market. It will grow day by day but coins will gain regularly.

Well there is still a lot of uncertainty in the market, and the market is still bearish, the best thing to do if you want to trade is to always put stop loss order so it will minimize your loss and trading in this kind of market is dangerous you need always to watch the price movement.

It's okay because we can position ourselves by buying low priced altcoins. It's just that we need to pick the best projects so if the current price is down but you won't worry about the future because you truly believe it will be successful in the end.

That is part of trading, there will be a week of green and there will be a week of red. Just like what im doing when everything turns red "i just keep buying altcoins" . Because this is the best time to buy alts and for sure after a couple of weeks it will go pump again. All we need is to be patient

It's really normal cause this case is still happening everyday on the cryptocurrency market. Almost altcoins price depend on the price of Bitcoin so at the moment Bitcoin price is decreasing so altcoins price is not the exception. But there are some altcoins still increasing although Bitcoin price dumped :D

It's ok, it's been like a reasonableness thing, it's natural course.. we know, of course the price movements will not keep green, certainly will experience red. But it doesn't mean forever will getting red, don't too worrying definitely one day it will back in green and I think this is the right opportunity to buy. For now it seems more prominent to have green is just BitcoinCash, and lucky me.. I had invested in it.

Yes but it does not matter you won't lose as long as you don't sell your holdings and don't panic. It will recover soon and you need to have patience on waiting. Selling it at very low price will only make us negative in money.

Yes, we all observe that the market is unstable. Now is just the time when you need to be at maximum alert and ready for anything.

currently the bitcoin price is falling, so we'll just wait for the moment when the altcoin color turns green again. well, due to the issue that hardfork is off, making an effect on bitcoin prices, and altcoin. so now the bitcoin price is falling, and altcoin is starting to rise.

I was worried this might happen. The cancellation of Segwit2x and the massive spam attacks on the Bitcoin chain right now created the perfect conditions to pump Bitcoin Cash. It was masterful, really. And Bitcoin Gold also benefitted. I guess the market saw it this way: No free B2X dividend, so that value leaves BTC and gets invested into BCH and BTG.

Naturally, with all the hype around the Bitcoin forks, alts are suffering. To be honest, though, I'm glad. I wasn't able to accumulate much on the last leg down, so this gives me another opportunity to buy the dumps.

Green day is back. Every altcoin increase, but i think we should sell all altcoin before red day coming back.

The fact that the altcoyins began to decline again for a while, nothing terrible happened. No crypto currency can continuously grow up. Moreover, they are strongly prone to volotility. You need to have patience and wait for your time. Everything will increase and everything will necessarily fall in value.

Everything is red because things are in ambiguity right now. People are confused whet rot keep the bitcoin or buy the alt coins or the other way around. Things will be sort out soon after the correction is over and bitcoin market cap has been recovered to home position again. These kind of thing happens once in while so people are not getting what to decide at this point. Whether to buy the coins or not. Those with big investment are trying to secure the investment with bitcoin and few of them are getting into alts. So the red will be seen for quiet a long time now. We will see what happens soon. :-)

the rise of bch make me broke. all red but some are rise significantly such as bch and etc. good for you who invest in them

Anyone should not even be too bothered about the direction of alt just like I have set my mind because if you do, you realize you keep on making rash decisions that will only end in regret. Just set your mind that its normal for price to rise and fall, my role is to key in into whatever will put me in a better position and that's by creating an order, leave it there, check on it frequently to renew you order and move on to bigger things.

basically if you are not smart to trading then you will goes to loose your money. that's why I stop to trading becouse I thing now trading is risky.after few days letter I decide what I do.

It is, just not by the original proponents. A lot of people went and bought b2x futures and got left hanging in the wind by the 2x bosses. It will probably be a smallish fork though as the main supporter has 5% hashrate tops and 2x seem to have started supporting BCH openly.

Hmm, I am not sure what reds you are seeing. Bitcoin lost $1000 in 2 days, recovered a bit but looks like has strong support at $6500. This means alts are picking up, not just against BTC value but also in fiat value. I am slowly recovering my alt positions but they are still in massive losses from late September haha. If I can slowly recoup up to -30% or less, I will be happy. But not sure I am happy Bitcoin has to go lower because of that. Ideal scenario: Bitcoin goes back up past $7000 AND alts, like before also rise in value.

I think it's all about cancellation of BTC fork and  BCH's own fork. People bought Bitcoin Cash instead of selling Bitcoin. I personally think that people will return to Bitcoin again after BCH fork. So after 13 November, everything may be green again. lol

Whales have decided to bump Bitcoin Cash for now, I do not recommend you to buy any if you are not willing to get a high risk choice.
Buy Alts again while are cheap, don't follow the whales, be the master on your own game.

Its because forks are being cancelled or move to another date,very unprofessional way of doing system upgrades.They announced forks are cancelled but then later on its still on.

Just some price consolidation before all the alts make new ath's in the coming few months. If I were you I would not look everyday at the charts if you are not day trading. 

This is really frustrating. This is due to the cancellation of the fork. But I guess this is just postpone for now. At the same time Bitcoin cash is draining all crypto down

I also feel confused this time bitcoin has also dumped about 7% in the last 24 hours. I hope with the decrease of bitcoin then all altcoin will crawl up, although at this time there are still some altcoins that are getting down.

This basically happens when BTC or major coins are rising. Thats the time when i do a lot of buying altcoins and wait for major coins to drop which hopefully gives more momentum in rise in altcoins. Thats when major of the altcoin traders take their profits and move on to some other altcoins buying them at low prices. I have seen this happening again and again , may be this is a cycle for rise of altcoins when major coins are dropping. Keep buying altcoins at low prices and take good returns on short term.

Patience is the key right yet how long to wait for the market to get back to old good days? I'm so sick of these low prices of my holdings.

We were happy for bitcoin's price increase due to cancelled segwit2x, now everything going to be red again.

It is about circulation of money between crypto coins. It's the usual thing we need just patient: D. I am not optimistic person but crypto world is raising by day by. Every moment provides new way to improvement. Always there will be reds and greens.

It is probably due to the upcoming BCH fork. Forks are the main reason why a particular coin which is going to be forked rises up and all the other coins go down as hell. The BCH fork has made everybody buy BCH and that's why it is keeping on gaining an increase in price.
The altcoins will surely fall if it keeps happening all the time. All these forks are killing the Altcoins.

Yeah, I think this is also possible, since we all know that hard fork is near so that some of us are making again a panic selling, that is also why bitcoin price today is dropping, but we don't have to worry about since we already know that bitcoin price can reach $7500 again soon after the hard fork and I guess this is the right time for the investors. We already have now $6500 bitcoin price and I think it will still drop up to an average of $5000-$6000 then buy more bitcoins and wait again to increase its price again. :)

Rapid price increases inevitably lead to a pull back at some point. This is actually healthy as it helps to establish a solid base. If there were never any red days then everyone would be panicking about a bubble.

no need to worry I think it is common in the market. so if you have a lot of capital I think it's time to hunt and buy lots of cheap coins.

Everything red again? Then buy them all again  :P that is what is the best thing to do in order to get the chance to make a lot of money in the future. By buying a lot of cheap altcoins in the market will make you save time, money which is really awesome for an investor.

Some regulation has to be introduced into crypto, ASAP.

It is just unbelievable that 5 Chinese guys can just fork the BTC whenever they want, premine it and become billionaires, while everyone else in crypto world is loosing money in bloodbath caused by their fork.

These forks will continue to happen as long as there are morons who buy BTC and BCC just to get a new forked currency, and the ones who buy these worthless coins at exchange after (for the reference, check BTC trading at over $420 with no fundamental value whatsoever). If we just ignore all these upcoming forks (we are soon to see BTC silver, platinum, bronze), they will stop creating them and market will stop crashing.

Also, ETH will soon become the king of crypto, because it has amazing technology behind it and it can't be forked by 5 random people which makes its price stable.

I bought some altcoin because the price was going down. I think it's a good time to buy altcoins at a cheap price.

yes everything is red again but i am not too worried of this, i am sure that the coins will be back to green and i think not all of coins is read, there is still any green of coins so i think we still can trying to make profit. this conditions will be like this if bitcoin is increase or bitcoin is decrease. there is sometimes when the market is on green and in another day, we can see the conditions is in red and we are difficult to make profit.

It is common situation  when everything is  down. Crypto is speculative asset, you can 't expect the  price is increasing all the time.  That is why taking profit takes place, no worry about that. Just wait and see and take action when you make profit.

The cancellation of bitcoin has everything to do with it. But it's also just a healty correction. We will rise by next week.

You mean altcoins have started to fall again? I do not see anything very strange in it — the previous jump was a kind of a reply to the BTC fork cancellation. Now the situation on crypto market has a bit stabilized — no fuss there. I think alts will grow further, but slowly.

It is normal situation, don't worry about that, soon BTC will gree again and followed by altcoin. Many new traders may be panic when they see all red. I think more veteran traders will stay calm and ready to make profit from high margin.

Nothing's too special about the red color in the charts. This is what we call a volatile market. Therefore, we will be experiencing some turbulence along the way. This is no smooth journey in the crypto world. There are expected pumps and dumps. But these pumps and dumps of altcoins as well as of Bitcoin is where the money is made. Buy low sell high is still the basic tenet here. 

This is the usual scenario in the market a volatile that may uptrend and downtrend. A normal situation that we can see often green dayd and red days. So, when it is cheap a chance to grab the market buy and sell when price rise.

I liked the term fluctuate, it is true though. Altcoins tend to fluctuate on a daily basis, and it's all due to forks happening more often and Bitcoin. It's all a chain reaction. One goes down, the other goes up.
It can be frustrating at times. But this is how things go in the crypto world.
Best thing to do is be patient, hodl onto your investments that you thought were good and wait for the storm to pass!

Just a temporary phase before the real pump begins with alts. Although this is crypto and you should be prepared for any kind of outcome. Do not bet more than you have or can afford to loose here.

Why are you thinking that a huge pump is coming ? There was already one early 2017 wich Bitcoin that lose a lot of % dominance.

It is already green now. I think i will buy some coins, but not a lot because i have not high hopes in it. Maybe ETH and waves is good. My friends wants bitcoincash but i don't want it.

Bitcoincash is for me really expensive so I would rather invest in cheap coins.

It's a normal corrections. And we've seen it so many times before, that the entire market is losing about 20% of it's value in a day. People are forgetting though the days that it adds 20% - they only remember the negative and never the positive. The fact is that over the last months the entire market cap has gone from 20 billion to about 200, that's a 1000% increase and it happened within a couple of months. Just imagine what will happen in 2018 and beyond when institutional investors get involved in the market, and we'll be seeing the big bucks coming in. Additionally, we'll be seeing many normal consumers adopting crypto's because they offer some great benefits that are mainly presented via the ETH platform, that is keep on increasing demand for ETH and the blockchain.

Yes, we need to understand that this market is very unstable. And also this price correction is just part of the system. You don't need to be disappointed when the market is going red. You need to have patience or the best thing is do is to buy in this dips because the price is really cheap. So when the price goes green again, you can sell them so that you can take profits at the end. This is how the market works. Sometimes is not favorable on our side, we just need to wait the perfect time to either sell and buy.

In any kind of altcoin, red days is a normal things. Going down the price is a good timing on buy or invest in any kind of altcoin.

Thoughts about red? It is nothing unusual, price go up and price go down. Oldest story - when price go down it is good time to buy altcoins and when price go up it is good time to sell them.

if everything is red, for me it is a good chance to do alt coin stock and keep it for a long time. I'm sure big profits will wait for me in the future.

Bitcoin rally is not over yet so it is quite normal. I think we will keep seeing every altcoin red till end of 2017. It looks like that bitcoin rally will not stop till its price reaches to 10.000 USD.
