Why so much premine? Why not 1%?

Orioncoin, good name, easy to remember, the concept is also interesting.

Orioncoin will use the premined ORC for business and community expansion efforts. The success of crypto greatly relies on merchant acceptance, and we are going to address those needs directly by leveraging the premine. Users do not need to worry about the premine, since we will be providing a buyback guarantee on all ORC.
