Additionally on low volume transactions you will be charged a transaction fee, which I believe is something like 0.0005 in latest client. This is done to eliminate spammish transactions which otherwise would flood the network with people sending nonstop these small amounts. I haven't tried sending minimums and didn't have interest researching this Q so I may be off on this. |
