do you believe will bitcoin be less than a hundred? I think I can be, as it is today suddenly the price of bitcoin has fallen. so it is more likely that the bitcoin falls over a hundred when there is a revelation.

Everyone could predict for the price of bitcoin in the future. The price is falling because of many reasons. But that much decrease is hard to be happen. Its would easier to say bitcoincash's price will go up to more than 3k in next some day. Why? Because at this time, miners are leaving btc for its diffs, and move to BCH for its rocket price. And I think this situation just last for some day and will back to normal after BCH segwit.

It is normal, after raised  from $5k to $7.8k we must expect a correction, all criptos are volatile.
I guess it will decrease to $6100 maybe $5700k. Only can go below of this price if a new FUD comes up.

IMO, it is not likely that BTC price will drop to less than one hundred. If this really happen, I will buy as much BTC as I can afford.

I do not think honestly but it is even possible. I have joined the Bitcoin market on 2011 and started my journey in this form from 2013 I have faced many Bubbles and crashes in the Bitcoin community yet I have never seen Bitcoin in$100 again ever. We saw the Mt gox exchange crash get the price dropped up to $200 gradually increased after that we have the China ban and the price dropped again and in the last we have the bitstamp exchange Hack and so another crash. We have faced many minor and many greater threads but still Bitcoin has never ever crossed$200 ever again and I don't think with this much market volume it will go and that town ever.

I don’t believe that BTC will go to $100 or less. Bitcoin has a strong community behind it, it is not that simple to manipulate the price till it become $100.

The cancellation of SegWit2x is one of the reason that is why the price of Bitcoin now is decreasing as some people who invested on it in this last few weeks are now withdrawing it because they some people are spreading again FUD about Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.

Although the crypto world is full of surprises, it is unlikely for BTC to touch $100 anymore. It is just temporary for the fuds, price dip and unconfirmed transactions.

Wait until after all this business about forks and what bit is over. Bitcoin will climb back and be worth even more then before. Just give it sometime you must be patient and wait. These things take time and everyone want to see results right away. Just let this thing blow over and cool off and then we will have another look at Bitcoin. I think some if the people who sold their bitcoin should start buying them back now again and keep the profits or use them to increase their bitcoin stash.

I think that's a normal thing, and bitcoin fluctuations are like that, so I do not think that's something the bitcoiners should be afraid of. we wait until the fork comes in, and see what percent bitcoin will go down, and I see after the fork later bitcoin will rise back to a point more than a hundred.

I think it's so much impossible though now the price is dereasing that doesn't mean that soon it will reach down to hundreds. But rather, it will just keep rising until the end.

agree miners mine bitcoin cash because it was more profitable to them but I think it will not last long and they will all return to bitcoin when bitcoin cash market goes down.

It's all depends on people. The volatility of bitcoin price changes everyday, so the main cause is people, or to be more specifics, peoples who have a massive quantity of bitcoins, they can control the market of bitcoins using transactions, so the Sell/buy can influate the potential of bitcoins.

I really have my doubts we are going to see bitcoin to go that low, I think that if bitcoin crashed the worst price we are going to see is 2000 dollars but the demand of bitcoin is so high that I do not think we are going to see that price for that long and it could pump up to 5000, but that is only if there is a crash but I think that the chances of a crash happening are very low.

Yes price is fallen but it is hard for the bitcoin to reach the lowest price like in a hundred. Just remember that bitcoin price is unstable therefore it goes up and goes down. So im still believe that it will increase and increase.

I don't believe this can happen if there won't any major coding problem or hacking problem globally. This is not reasonable to expect something like this honestly. What can happen is that, lots of country bans bitcoin and this make a huge decline in the price of bitcoin. That's all.

People get scared and panic whenever bitcoin's value drops .
They really shouldn't be because it's fluctuations can go both sides ,dropping once , going up the other and we can't really predict what's going to happen .
We only know that each time it goes up again and that's all what matters .

Yes I believe. I think because bitcoin came from that price it came to a low price but it became a high price. So I think that even if the price of it are high now there's a possibilty that it came back to a low price. On the past the price of it are very low do that there's some of us that are don't want to use it but for now the price of it are high so that there's so many people want to have an account on it.

Yes it can be, especially when no one are using bitcoins anymore, no transactions are happeining no one is buying it nor selling it, that would be the time that bitcoins will be almost worthless. Because bitcoins are just too expensive because a lot of people wants it, they want to used to because it is the future of currency especially those businesses and businessmen. They wanted to be more convenient when having a transactions and bitcoins van easily provide that plus the fact that bitcoins are decentralized. Government have nothing to do with them.

It won't happen that the price will go down to $100, it can be lower to $5k but not to 100 bucks unless most of the countries will  banned bitcoin and the internet provider will blocked accessing bitcoin and any related to it, but I doubt if it will happen nowadays that we are adopting and embracing bitcoin in our life.

I think one day bitcoin could cost as much as 0. One day or another it will be replaced by some other more advanced and more usefull crypto based source of payment. At that day there will be not much sense for people to hold it and they will try to sell it for at least something! Who's going to need it than? Probably some collectors will sell them at Sorthsbeys after several hundreds of years like an antique software :)

Bitcoin's market value drops to 500$ after China announces its move to ban digital currencies in their country and that even made some bitcoin investors to push the panic button and sell their BTC that made bitcoin's market value to plummet more. But just after that, BTC started to rise again and even made a drastic rise of its market value and even reached a 7K mark.
I don't think bitcoin will be less than a hundred soon because this is long term currency as far as market value domination is concerned.

No I don't think bitcoin will ever drop that low there might be a lot of fluctuations which lead to a sudden pump or sudden dump in bitcoin price but it will never go back to its previous price that is less than $1000 at the most it can go back to $5000 but that is the most worst scenario and surely it will not last for a long period bitcoin will make a beautiful revenge and a value higher than what can we expect

Yeah definitely which is why I am investing a lot in bitcoin now because I see the market potential of bitcoin, I believe it is the future currency of our world today. Having bitcoin as an investment is one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. Imagine 1,500 US dollar to 7,000 US dollars today nice right. Not even surprised that a newbie is coming and posting this, listen op, the price of Bitcoins went down due to. Segwit2x being cancelled, it's a temporary setback that bitcoin has suffered doesn't mean it's bad in the future, just wait and watch how it shoots up in the near future, Bitcoin is the most preferred coin and I am very much sure it shall shoot up and up, all we need is one positive news. its normal for the bitcoins value to go down because some people are now selling it becasue the fork has been cancelled but it still a win win situation because we can still buy more bitcoins if the value goes cheap and we can wait again for another upcoming fork for a possible pump.

I believe that bitcoin will not down at that low price. As you can see now many people believes in bitcoin, so If the bitcoin price will dumped a little low many people will buy bitcoin, so the price will just dump a little low and pump higher. Therefore It is impossible to dumped at hundred.

I think its very difficult for Bitcoins price to drop to hundreds the way the value of Bitcoins is increasing since since last year. If it does by any chance it will very temporary and will recover as soon as it happens. The interest of people in Bitcoins is huge which shows its popularity and hence its unlikely for its value to drop that much.

The total value of BCC now has more than ETH, into second, but this is not stable, bitcoin still relatively stable, not to 100, I think bitcoin is not the Holland tulip, is unlikely to 100 bitcoins, now there are too many people to hold and support.

I don’t think Bitcoin will go down for as low as a hundred because its price now is decreasing. Although it is possible in around 20-50 years from now when they create a coin that will be worth more than Bitcoin then a hundred would be possible by that time. I just hope it won’t happen though because most of my savings are there.

The reason we get those kind of post every time there is a correction is that those people do not really believe in bitcoin, they invested because they thought they could make some easy money only to find out that things are not as easy and that the price can go down as well, but for the true believers this decrease in the price is nothing.

I agree with you mate, and certainly we cannot predict the actual outcome on how bitcoin will be at the future. I guess of those bigger whales who invested with bitcoin so far will pull out their investments and only those smaller fishes will remain with the current journey, that would be possible to happen massive price downed to smallest value. But nowadays while bitcoin showed promising signs of gaining higher price we should expect greater scenario to happen.

bitcoin price value since 2013 was I think $800 and continue to raise it's value until this year from $5,000 to $7,000 is the highest. I think it would be very impossible for bitcoin to go down to hundred dollars. It's merely impossible. Going down for about 4-6percent of the price value now would be possible because of the issues of the hard fork but it will not go down to the nearest hundreds.

Well it possible, if value of dollar go up. In that case Bitcoin worth in dollars would be lower. Other than that I see no other reason how could price of Bitcoin become lower than 1000 dollars. I think that there is higher possibility for dollar or Bitcoin to fade away, than for Bitcoin to be worth 1000 dollars.

With Bitcoin everything is possible but the chance of happening of some things is slim.  Like for example, Bitcoin reaching 1M dollar a piece is kinda exaggerated but the possibility is there even though it is very slim.  The same way Bitcoin going down to hundreds one day.  We can never remove the possibility that one day bitcoin will be overtaken and become obsolete.  In that scenario, it is very possible that Bitcoin will lose its value and community making it to go down to an imaginable amount.  Even lower than hundred dollar.

I dont think it will go that low. Although there is a downward trend for the bitcoin for the past few days, it can still go up and boom the price until end of the year. Upward/downward trend is normal, just learn how to play and take risk.

I don't. Just think of how huge its market value is, and knowing that its market value is continuously rising each and everyday. Ofcourse, there'll be backdrops on its market price but I highly doubt that its market value will fall as that much wherein it will only be priced at a hundred USD. Indeed, we didn't see btc drops too much in the past, even China bans it , it didnt fall too much and it recovers way too fast, there no point for it to decrease when it seems everyone knows it. it will drop but wall rise and will set a new peak record.

You can say that bitcoin might be banned - so what? There is no way that every single country will ban it. BTC will be always an alternative to fiat economy.
Bitcoin will be something to fight off centralized systems and people will always realize that this feature of BTC is all they need to keep bitcoin valuable.

Yes, the price won't fall low to hundreds in a short or two. Price fluctuations might continue to take place in the multiples of $100, but not the growth. Considering the growth taking place with time, it's really impossible task for other altcoins to take the place of bitcoin.

It is possible, everything is possible in crypto world because all of the price is determine by the users, so if the users stop using it, it will become worthless and can go down until zero, but if the dropping to hundred probably it will be a dead coin, something really wrong when Bitcoin could fall until that far
