There are telegrams which host general ICO discussions that you can look for and join in order to market. Another idea is to create a blog, so you’ll be ready when interested parties would like complete information, you’ll be able to quickly share a link.

It's hard to know at the moment cause two biggest advertising services, Google and Facebook, banned ads of ICO projects and as I just know Twitter also do the same like Facebook and Google :)). Seem like it's really hard to find out a good place to advertise for new ICO project at the moment. Promote in this forum only is also not a bad idea IMO :D

There's a cheaper way of marketing and that is through social media campaigns.

The rates through that marketing isn't that high and you can pay more participants in there but I urge signature campaign is still the best. You are gaining popularity in the forum through your ads.
